Pros:

Struttura in posizione perfetta per visitare Siena e dintorni. Il posto è tranquillo, immerso in un bosco molto bello. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era pulita e confortevole. La colazione varia con torte casalinghe deliziose. Lo staff giovane, simpatico e accogliente. La struttura è dotata anche di ristorante che abbiamo apprezzato per l’ottima cucina. Piatti tradizionali ben cucinati e gustosi.

Cons:

La televisione in camera ha il segnale un po’ debole.

A környék szuper volt. A hely maga hangulatos, a kilátás pazar. Az ágy kényelmes volt.

Cons:

A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz, glutén érzékenyeknek és vegánoknak nagyon limitált lehetőség.

Schöne Lage gute Erreichbarkeit der sehenswerten Städte in der Umgebung. gutes Restaurant
Pros:

Sehr schönes Anwesen total im Grünen Olivenbäume. Schwimmbad mit schönem Blick über die Toskana. Schöner alter Essensraum. Ideal für schnelles Reisen nach Siena, San Gimignano etc. Restaurant ist abends geöffnet und man kann dort sehr gut essen.

Cons:

Leider fast kalter Kaffee am Morgen. Nicht immer für alle Brot. Rezeption erst nachmittags geöffnet. Die schöne Anlage müsste etwas mehr gepflegt werden. (Müll (alte Möbelstücke) liegt etwas abseits und müsste entsorgt werden. Zimmer sehr hellhörigt. Eine Matratze war durchgelegen.

Cons:

Que la estancia sea especial la hace el personal, y las instalaciones.
- La persona que nos atendió a la llegada habla español, hubiéramos agradecido que no lo hablara, sus comentarios inoportunos y sus desaires hicieron que la estancia no fuera grata. Nada más llegar nos dijo que no tocáramos a su perro, que todos los clientes le tocan. Lo que no sabía era que preferimos que no haya animales en los alojamientos a los que vamos, y por supuesto no tocamos a ningún perro ajeno.
Para que cenásemos en el hotel nos dijo que en el pueblo de al lado, Coll di val de Elsa, las cocinas las cerraban a las 21.00 y tendríamos que ir a cenar a las 20.00. Lo verificamos en internet y no era cierto, pero como la carretera no es buena para llegar al alojamiento decidimos no coger el coche de noche y cenamos en el hotel.
Tuvimos un problema con el secador, y nos dijo que a las 21.00 no eran horas de avisar con una soberbia y prepotencia enorme.
Al irnos nos dijo que las ruedas de nuestras maletas molestaban a su perro.
 - En las instalaciones había muchos mosquitos, tanto en la piscina como en el jardín y terrazas, nos fuimos con un montón de picotazos, y granos que no pararon de picar durante días. Es necesario fumigar.
- Falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, falta de enchufes, tampoco los hay al lado de la cama. La nevera hace mucho ruido, tuvimos que desenchufarla mientras dormimos. No hay persianas, ni cortinas opacas, entrando luz por la noche en la habitación y dificultando el descanso. Puertas de madera no se cierran correctamente.Necesario reformar el baño.Los jabones de cuerpo que había dejaban el cuerpo extremadamente seco, no recomendable usarlo.Sólo hay una sábana en la cama, ni siquiera una colcha para arroparse.No hay toallas gratis para la piscina,  tienen un coste de 7€.
- Hay 7 gatos en las instalaciones, a la hora de cenar y en el desayuno están al lado para que se les eche de comer, lo que produce incomodidad y no es higiénico.
No recomendamos el alojamiento.

Bellissima struttura in mezzo alla natura. Silenziosa. Staff molto simpatico e cordiale. Bar, ristorante, piscina. A due passi da colle val.d'elsa e da altre località. Colazione ottima.
