Nos atendieron muy bien, muy comodo y el lugar es encantador. Encima tiene un restaurante con buenas opciones, muy recomendable.
personeel was zeer vriendelijk. We moesten op de dag van vertrek vroeg weg. Personeel was zo vriendelijk om vooraf ontbijt al klaar te zetten. Gratis parkeren bij de lokatie. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor deelnemers aan Grandfondo Strade Bianche.
Hotel caratteristico, personale giovane e molto cordiale, il cibo buono peccato non fosse estate per poter fare il bagno in quella bella piscina, sicuramente esperienza da ripetere
Il posto è carino immerso nel verde
Siamo arrivati e la camera aveva la porta spalancata e faceva un freddo terribile quindi abbiamo acceso l’aria condizionata e abbiamo chiesto di accendere i riscaldamenti almeno al bagno ma ci hanno detto che in camera ci avrebbero lasciato una stufetta.. quando siamo tornati la stufetta non c’era e l’aria condizionata era spenta.. credo facessero 10 gradi in camera un freddo terribile! La stufetta non potevamo metterla al massimo sennò saltava la corrente così ci è stato detto.. sia aria condizionata che stufetta facevano un rumore terribile non siamo riusciti a dormire e la stanza non si è mai scaldata faceva più caldo fuori che dentro in più l’acqua del bagno era tiepida.. assurdo mai capitato che un albergo non riuscisse a garantire una stanza calda.. dovevamo rimanere due giorni ma dopo la prima notte siamo andati via.. non abbiamo neanche usufruito della colazione volevamo solo scappare.. nota positiva che il personale ha capito il disagio quindi non ci hanno fatto pagare la notte nonostante gli avessimo detto che eravamo disposti a pagare.. il posto potrebbe anche essere bello ma d’estate
