Happy place
Pros:

Our favourite hotel on our tour of Italy. So friendly. The hotel is well placed in Tirano for the train station and good places to eat and drink. Rooms are really comfortable and the breakfast second to none.

Ottima accoglienza da parte del personale. Sia la signora/ina Irina (spero il none sia corretto), sia la sua collega alla reception sono state molto gentili, riservando attenzione e disponibilità. La colazione è varia con un’ampia selezione di torte artigianali. Personale in sala gentile. Posizione nel centro storico, molto buona con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni.

Cons:

Non dipende dal personale, ma dagli ospiti che c’erano: hanno iniziato a sbattere le porte la mattina presto, con chiacchiere sul corridoio. Purtroppo le brutte abitudini si portano anche in vacanza.

Solo cyclist
Pros:

Hotel Centrale was perfect for myself as a solo cyclist. Breakfast was excellent, service and staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect just outside of the center of Tirano. Affordable, and will be planning a return visit. I didn't get to use the spa facilities but next time I will stay longer and do so!
