Muy amplio y serviciales

Hola, el escusado estaba en mal estado (muy desgastado y feo), me cobraron la plata en dolares y creo que debería haber pagado allá en pesos argentinos (estaba en argentina), ya que me quede con muchos pesos que tenía considerado para eso, por lo menos deberian avisar. Por último, había mucha desinformación sobre piezas disponibles, ocupadas, etc.

Es una vergüenza que siendo argentino y reservo un hotel en Argentina se me cobre el impuesto pais????¡¡¡¡¡.
Alguien puede decirme porque me cobraron en dolares y sobre eso el 30% de impuesto?.
Nunca mas reservo por ustedes.

Il était une fois un hôtel préstigieux, aujourd'hui il n'en reste que le fantôme.

Hôtel vide et pas entretenu. On voit que l'hôtel était autrefois un hôtel haut de gamme mais malheureusement vu le manque d'entretien aujourd'hui il n'y a que le bâtiment qui rappèle cette période. Le petit déjeuner n'a rien d'un grand hôtel, même les fleurs de l'entrée sont en plastique, pas le moindre cadre dans ses grands couloirs vides. Dommage tout ça car le potentiel est là.

Information importante, l'hôtel ne NH Casino Hôtel ne se trouve pas dans le bâtiment du casino contrairement à l'adresse indiquée et au panneau sur la facade du bâtiment. Le NH Casino Hôtel est le même hôtel que le NH Gran Hotel Provincial et tous deux sont dans le bâtiment où il est écrit NH Gran Hotel Provincial.

Me gustó mucho el trato cordial de la gente.

Le falta un poco respecto a la gente que tiene intolerancia a la lactosa para el desayuno

Large rooms with high ceilings. Excellent service, great location, and good breakfast.

Impressive venue with an amazing history as a famous landmark in the center of the popular beach area.
Very comfortable and traditional interiors with modern amenities.
For a long time this hotel was for the affluent and it still maintains a regal aura and classy feel, though the exterior and surroundings have deteriorated as the local beaches and downtown area have lost their prized status.

The hotel is a classic and considering the many years old it has it is ok preserved. The staff is mostly nice, however there was one receptionist somewhat rude. We had to ask for a change of room because wifi service was working really bad and also the bathroom flooded, so they upgraded us. However, the wifi service is really bad in the rooms.

Está ubicado en el corazón de Mar del Plata, es decir, la ubicación es buena. Sin embargo no hay concordancia entre calidad-precio. Es muy caro para el servicio que ofrece. Desayuno maloe e infraestructura del hotel descuidada.

Considering most trip books do not include Lecco for some reason we were pleasantly surprised on finding our pre-booked hotel to be a real find!
It is extremely clean. Staff are all very friendly but professional. Bar and restaurant staff surpassed themselves with our service.
Breakfast was included with our booking and was a very varied menu. They don't serve lunch but that wasn't an issue for us. Bar opened at 6. Supper served from 7.30pm. Not a huge menu but excellent food.
Would thoroughly recommend this place!

All the staff are extremely friendly , I am waiting for my room due to hotel being so crowded !!! Thanks to Valentino she is trying to find me a good room for my five night stay in Rome.... love the food !!!!!!!!

Lo pasamos muy bien, fue una sola noche, el hotel es muy antiguo y espacioso, ya no hay hoteles así, fue una muy linda experiencia, lo recomiendo

Contrate el NH CASINO, pero nos cambiaron al NH HOTEL PROVINCIAL invocando que el que contratamos era solo para grupos sin darnos ninguna otra opcion. Así que contra nuestra voluntad nos alojamos en el hotel que nos indicaron, muy decepcionados. De ninguna manera este es un hotel de 4 estrellas, lo único rescatable es el esmero de su personal. Las habitaciones son precarias, en el baño No hay alfombra antideslizante en la ducha, no hay máquina de café ni frigobar, los closets antiguos y muy básicos.

Parece una ciudad aparte en mar del plata
