Pros:

Desde que vimos las fotos en internet nos sentimos muy cautivados , al llegar allí lo comprobamos por vista propia .pero lo que más nos gustó , fue la atención de todo el personal desde la recepción Soledad , Gabriela y Edgar . En el restaurante Paqui , Santana y Marcos especialmente, pero en general lo que hizo especial nuestra estancia fue todo el complemento, comida , bebidas , etc .
Pero este lugar es especial por El excelente servicio, totalmente recomendable.

Muchas escaleras para llegar del apartamento a la piscina y a todo en general, no había luz en la escaleras por la noche, la habitación necesita renovación sobre todo el baño, mosquitos por la noche, olor a bajante en el baño.

Didn't stay long enough to like it went elsewhere after attitude towards me

Cons:

Rude patronising staff member called Edgar my friend booked with another company. Her room was smelly and only a door separating her from other guests and it was next to the bin store. Couldn't move her even after she offered to pay for upgrade (or wouldn't). I had 2 bedrooms and when I asked why he shouted across the whole reception area I should be grateful for it !!! Unwilling to help or find any solution so we both left and stayed elsewhere. Public area appears shoddy and unkempt. This place should be avoided Edgar needs costumer relations training

En principio que dentro de la habitación,las camas fueran separadas,el no tener aire acondicionado dentro de la casa,en el baño restos en el suelo de pelos y parte en el salón...la plaga de los mosquitos,y en el bar piscina la comida super pésimo no lo siguiente..asquerosa incomible...
Me quedo con la super atención desde el minuto uno de Paul el recepcionista muy amable con nosotros y super atento los días en que lo vimos ...y la piscina..además de la chica del super
