Pros:

Einfache Zimmer, für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung.

Cons:

Lediglich in der Dusche konnte das Abwasser nicht gescheit abrinnen, da es etwas verstopft war. Es wurde aber fast täglich das Zimmer geputzt und sowohl die Lage als auch die Aussicht war top.

Pros:

the staff was very nice ,the pool was heated ,the food was excellent.
The staff provides guests with programs all day long from morning to evening for both children and adults.the program organizers were kind and paid attention to each person.
There was a beautiful view from the hotel and there were lots of leisure activities to do inside the hotel.

Cons:

The only problem I had with the hotel was that it was very difficult to get to the top of the mountain.although you could take a taxi from the bus stop.

We were really disappointed and will never book there again.
Pros:

The staff at the Reception.
We appreciated the Spar store at the hotel.

Cons:

We ordered hotel with one bedroom and a sofa bed, there were two very old sofa bed in the living room (we expected one double sofa bed).
The shower was dirty when we arrived, the drain full of hair.
The room was full of ants and they were all over the bathroom shelves.
The fridge was missing all the shelves in the door so there was very limited space for drinks
