Rooms were beautiful and clean, vip section lovely area and food was good but not a massive buffet

Cons:

Staff seem happy to be there or didn’t want to go above n beyond, they weren’t the but definitely not overly helpful either. All inclusive cocktails were horrible, watered done food colouring from a tap, the premium cocktails were lovely but you need to pay for them

Bra frukost. Oppvarmet basseng.

Cons:

Manglet traktekaffe og knekkebrød til frukost. Ble lovt gratis transport fra flyplass men den uteble. Dårlig info om transport til/fra sentrum. Noe sur betjening i lobby. Fryktelig musikk ved poolen. Elendig dusj på rommet. Manglet A/C på rommet. Heisen elendig vedlikeholdt.

Pros:

The only nice thing was the view from your balcony or swimming pool.

Cons:

The beds - very uncomfortable, bad smell from the bathroom,
Poor choice of food , including fruits of 2/ 3 days old.
Soup seems to be the same everyday.
Regarding the breakfast - it is 16- 18 euro not as it states on their website 13 euro.


Regarding the staff - some of them very rude and unprofessional.
Paying 1.800 euro for 3 adults, and 10 days without breakfasts is far too much
To go to the nearest beach which is like 45 minutes walk down the hill - is not the trip you want to take being on holiday , and for coming up it s a must to take a taxi.

It would be too much too complain ...
Plus there is no airconditions in the rooms.
Just an ordinary fan wich says you have to pay 17 euro per day to use it.
I think they need to update the whole website and not falsely advertise it as it is a completely different experience than shown.

Man behöver vara beredd att gå i trappor eller branta backar. Även om det är kort väg till stranden så är det trappor nä

Fin utsikt, allt man behövde fanns i gymmet, toppen med butik vid hotellet, trevlig personal!

Cons:

Badrummet såg lite ofräscht ut och golvsilen i duschen var stockad under vår vistelse.
