PLEASE NOTE: all guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence.

We got some nice winter sun for the week.
Pros:

The reception and VIP area were nice and it was nice to have a shop on site. Location to the shopping centre was good and when we asked for a taxi they usually arrived very promptly.

Cons:

As a guest who had paid a lot of money for the 7 nights to then have to pay for the “VIP adult only” area was a little disappointing. When I booked I booked a small balcony when we arrived we were on the ground floor which to me is a terrace. Maybe an option to click terrace when booking. While the colour scheme of the bathroom etc in the photo was the same it was outdated slightly.

Had a superb stay
Pros:

I had a great few days - staff were so welcoming especially whem I was on my own Juan Carlos at the restaurant- Sari Dan and Frederick at reception and Mohammad in the Bar! I would definitely recommend the resort to my friends

The sun beds were all booked before 8 in the morning this needs to change

Et dejligt sted, med et smilende og venligt personale - vi kommer gerne igen.
Pros:

Der var alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Super flot udsigt, rigtig dejlig og dyb pool samt gode senge på værelserne, hvor der grundlæggende er, hvad man skal bruge.

Cons:

Lejlighederne er ældre karakter og lidt slidte. Vi havde det varmt, men der stod store ventilatorer - og der var mulighed for at leje en mobil aircondition. Til at starte på var der kun eet lags toiletruller - men de reagerede hurtig på en reklamation, så der kom flerlags ruller dagen efter.

Pros:

The location is a big advantage. The beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby along the promenade. It’s very convenient for guests who enjoy going for walks, spending time by the sea and having a variety of places to eat and drink without needing a car.

Cons:

The room was very small, and our windows faced a construction site. There was a lot of noise and dust from the construction work, which made our stay less comfortable. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. The atmosphere seemed more suitable for older guests, and most of the guests I noticed were around 60 and above. While the location is convenient, I would recommend checking in advance whether construction work is still taking place.
