Maintenance work of the hotel's central pool will be carried out from 10/03/25 to 14/04/25.
From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La instalaciones están muy bien. La habitación muy nueva y las camas cómodas. La animación también muy bien. La comida variada y sabrosa.
No había papeleras de reciclaje y no sé podía reciclar.
Location was a fair bit away from the main strip
Hotel was lovely and modern, small but we knew that coming. It was the perfect size for a short get away. The pool facilities for children were fantastic minus the water being really cold, but I can imagine in summer it would be fine once the pools had time to warm up. It was ten minutes from the airport which was perfect for us for a four day stay. We were happy with our room and were able to move the sofa bed into the main bedroom with plenty of space for safety purposes
The food options were very limited, again small hotel so small dining area, absolutely fine for B&B but insolent personally have it for an all inclusive. As mentioned the pools were very cold, once you were in the middle pool with little slides it didn’t feel to bad but only a limited amount of time you could really stay in. I think the bad winter the Canary Islands had have contributed to the pool not heating up

Los chicos de animación muy divertidos , el fotógrafo muy simpático ,las instalaciones y el mantenimiento un 10.
Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo de los toboganes , han sido unos días maravillosos .
Nada , ya estamos planeando volver .

I wish there were more healthy options for kid friendly food, we absolutly love the snack bar but did miss veg option on lunch and dinner times!

Hotel pequeño y familiar, con amplias y modernas habitaciones. El buffet esta bastante bien y no hay problema de espacio. Siempre hay hamacas disponibles en la piscina. Tanto el personal del hotel como el de la animación muy agradable.
La única pega la distancia a la playa.
