Ne-a placut, vom mai reveni
Pros:

Au fost foarte draguti, camerele curate si spatioase, totul potrivit pentru familiile cu copii.
Ne pare rau ca nu am apucat sa ne bucuram deplin de piscine intrucat vremea a fost nefavorabila, dar vom reveni.

It was our second stay and will be back for a 3rd
Pros:

The place is spotless and the staff are lovely. Perfect location. Food is ok. Plenty of storage space and the rooms are not cramped.

Cons:

There are no heated pools. Which is not a dealbreaker for us but they were VERY cold.

Reception staff especially Guadeloupe, tasty breakfast, super clean room, personal welcome.

Cons:

Hotel aimed at families with children and babies , nightly entertainment for them, therefore very noisy all day including breakfast room, bedroom not quiet as at poolside, difficult to relax if looking for quiet time unfortunately.

Fab fun stay
Pros:

The slides in the pool were amazing, the whole set up was lovely. The restaurant area was well run and kept very clean, the waiters were so so lovely and always a lovely welcome from them in the mornings for breakfast.
I became unwell on my second day and the receptionist was so lovely and very helpful towards my husband and I. It is well catered for children it’s a brilliant hotel and we will definitely be back! :)

Pros:

La piscine et les toboggans pour les enfants, la grandeur des chambres et la discothèque destinée aux plus jeunes.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par plusieurs aspects de notre séjour.
Le service à la clientèle laissait à désirer et la propreté autour des piscines n’était pas satisfaisante (présence de canettes/verres, de mégots de cigarette et de diverses saletés.). Le bar-snack situé à l’entrée des piscines proposait une nourriture de mauvaise qualité. De façon générale, la nourriture était décevante, au point que ma fille en a été malade et a vomi (la viande, les pains et d’autres produits n’étaient jamais suffisamment cuits.). Par ailleurs, le peignoir de ma fille a mystérieusement disparu de notre chambre et n’a jamais été retrouvé malgré nos démarches. Nous souhaitons également mentionner qu’un soir, une bagarre ou une vive altercation entre certains clients a eu lieu tard dans la nuit, ce qui a nui à notre repos. Nous avons trouvé dommage que le personnel de l’hôtel n’ait pas réagi plus rapidement, et nous ne savons même pas s’il y a finalement eu une intervention, puisque la situation s’est heureusement calmée d’elle-même. Enfin, nous avons été surpris par la présence d’un très joli « truck » destiné aux adultes servant des cocktails près des toboggans, alors que le complexe se présente comme un établissement familial. Il aurait été plus approprié de proposer un camion adapté aux enfants (eau, fruit, plus grande variété de glaces, gaufres, friandises - par exemple). Bref, trop de points négatifs ont affecté notre séjour et ont grandement diminué notre appréciation de l’expérience.

The apartment layout and the friendly cleaning staff.

Really noisy up until 10 pm , I hardly slept ,
I had asked for a room that had light and on the 2nd floor I had no idea I would be put beside speakers and a disco , and I won’t be going back to this establishment again , cleaning staff were the only friendly element of the place , even the front reception staff were not so friendly. I had to borrow pillows from a friend who had a long term rental close by. The breakfast was really poor quality.
