Maintenance work of the hotel's central pool will be carried out from 10/03/25 to 14/04/25.
From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The area is good about a 10 minute walk to the main beach front however the walk back is up a hill so best to get a taxi. The slide selection was good, and the food/ drinks were ok.
Not the most peaceful of places but with the water slides understandable. The slides are all located in the middle of all the apartments so you feel like you’re on top of another which I didn’t like as there’s no escape. The food hall was very much a canteen down in a basement style room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was ok. No outdoor eating unless you get something from the snack bar at lunch. Drinks were average. The swimming pool was shut for a day because a child had an accident apparently in both pools containing all the slides. The side our apartment was on had no sun all day and night if you go request the sunny side because it was miserable being in the shade. The decor and the staff were nice and if you don’t mind noise then you will be fine. We stayed for 5 nights and it was more than enough.

Animations pour les enfants top, chambres de qualité
Restauration pas de grande qualité, j ai payé 75€ pour choisir une chambre qui était occupée à mon arrivée, j ai eu une chambre collée au local technique des femmes de ménage…. Très bruyant des 8h du matin !

Que en el restaurante todos los días nos preguntan si teníamos el desayuno incluido cuando claramente lo teníamos incluido, si no no bajaríamos a la 9 de la mañana a desayunar, es algo que el primer día tendrías que verificar si tantas dudas tenían. La verdad nos sentó mal porque era como si estuvieran insinuando que nos estábamos colando..
The man who checked us in was super welcoming and helpful! Everything was clean and just super nice!
El buen ambiente que hay en el hotel, con muchas actividades de animación, y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Ah y el detalle que tuvieron por mi cumpleaños, gracias!
Por decir algo, hay tanto niño pequeño que a veces sus chillidos y carreras molestan un poco, pero bueno se lleva bien porque simplemente se comportan como lo que son, niños
Las piscinas con tobogán, comida y personal de animación.
La limpieza fue pésima, no limpiaron en los 5 días que estuvimos y también estuvimos tres días sin papel higiénico.
La animación
La saturación del comedor y el olor que tenia en general el hotel, tenia un ambientador muy fuerte.
1.The waterslides and pool were great.
2. The big bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
3. It was a little far from the main beach but there was plenty of facilities around that it wasn't a big deal.
4. The kids entertainment in the evening was done well.
5. Food in the main hall was nice too. (Asia night was great)
1. What was with the lack of tea spoons?! I know it might seem small but when you have two small kids who only use tea spoon it becomes a huge issue.
2.€10 deposit per beach towel in cash. Its not even about the deposit its the fact that everything is cash and the atm is not always working.
3. The evening entertainment was difficult to see if you didn't get a seat at the front early on. Also again if you have small kids there is a steep stairs by the entertainment so you have to watch like a hawk.
4. Be prepared for a minimum 10 to 15 minute wait if there's anyone ahead of you at reception.
