From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Property was spotless. The staff were amazing. They go above and beyond with the kids everyday and really make such an effort with them. The slides and facilities were brilliant for kids. Mine had a great time and really enjoyed their holiday! Thank you so much. The double bed in our quadruple room was ginormous and I had the best sleeps on my holiday!

Loved everything, appartment was georgous and the staff were exceptionally friendly especially on the Ftont Desk.
Really lovely hotel and we enjoyed our short stay.
We are a couple and tge hotel is probably more appropriate for family’s with young children but that’s just an observation and it didn’t take from our stay.
A special mention to Mariana on reception who was outstanding, she told us everything as we checked in and later in the evening she saw us and popped over and had a friendly chat

The room was lovely. Very clean and had a big comfy bed.
The food was not great. There wasn’t a lot of choice. Although the room was modern some bits were starting to look worn.
