The apartment layout and the friendly cleaning staff.

Cons:

Really noisy up until 10 pm , I hardly slept ,
I had asked for a room that had light and on the 2nd floor I had no idea I would be put beside speakers and a disco , and I won’t be going back to this establishment again , cleaning staff were the only friendly element of the place , even the front reception staff were not so friendly. I had to borrow pillows from a friend who had a long term rental close by. The breakfast was really poor quality.

The cleaning staff

Cons:

The reception staff, the food, and the lack of organisation at meal times. There was Mould in my son's, daughter-in-law's, and granddaughter's unacceptable room. The reception staff were very unhelpful. On checking in, one of them was quite rude. I emailed Booking.com on the second day to complain, and I asked to be moved to another hotel, but after emailing twice, no one got back to me. So I am very unimpressed with the hotel and Booking.Com, to whom I have been a customer for several years.

Pěkný rodinný hotel. Pro děti je připravena celodenní zábava. K pláži je asi 15 minutová procházka z kopce. Zastávka autobusu je hned u hotelu. Jídlo je dobré a na uvítanou máte na pokoji láhev vína. Vybavení pokoje odpovídá úrovni 4 hvězdičkové hotelu. Děkujeme za pobýt

Le personnels étaient adorable et super gentille avec les enfants

On m'a mi dans une chambre en face de la salle principale, trop de bruit vers 15h pour la sieste de mon fils de 2ans et le soir de 19h à 23h trop de bruit impossible de dormir même pour moi. Je trouve que les gens qui on des bébé faut pas les mettre là...
Aussi piscine fermé pour travaux et booking n'a rien signaler donc prix cher pour 2 piscines.
