From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Hotel pequeño y familiar, con amplias y modernas habitaciones. El buffet esta bastante bien y no hay problema de espacio. Siempre hay hamacas disponibles en la piscina. Tanto el personal del hotel como el de la animación muy agradable.
La única pega la distancia a la playa.

The pools were excellent for my kids, both under 10. Water was a bit chilly but it was the end of March, so it's to be expected. Even so we all went in the water and it was lovely after a minute of acclimatising. Most of the pools are for the little ones, with one pool deep enough to jump in and for adults to swim. But there were plenty of teens and young adults enjoying it as much as anyone.
The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent considering the number of people being catered for. You can't expect 5 star fine dining, but it was actually really good. Fresh ingredients, different dishes every day, and the service during meal times was brilliant.
The entertainment team were amazing. Such a friendly and energetic group of people. Obviously genuinely enjoyed their job, which makes all the difference.
The bar by the pool was always staffed by friendly team members and the queue for drinks was never too long and always shrank quickly. Food is available between meal times at the snack bar and although it's just chips, burgers, hotdogs etc, you can't knock it. Also serve salad and sandwiches from there.
The room we had maybe wasn't the best for our family. We had a master bedroom and a living room. The master bedroom had a king size bed and the living room had a sofa bed that could be split into two singles. But with the sofa being in the living room, which has two exits to the outside, we didn't want to leave the kids in there alone. So they got the big bed and we slept on the singles. Which were pretty uncomfortable. Although there was technically room for a family of 4, it didn't really suit our needs. But we managed and it was fine. I think there are two bedroom suites available, but we couldn't afford one. The only issue we had was our fridge didn't work and I asked for it to be changed or fixed on a couple of occasions and each time they said they would do it and it was never done.
As I said above, the fridge in the room didn't work and our request for a replacement was replied to but never actually followed up on. So no cold water for us.
The bed situation also made our stay uncomfortable but this was our decision due to having vulnerable kids who we didn't want to stay in the living room alone, with access to outside. So we stayed on thw sofa bed while they had a kingsize to themselves! At least they enjoyed it!

Je ne comprends pas le 4 étoiles surtout après avoir passé 4 nuits dans un autre 4 étoiles juste avant qui était pour le coup mérité

the food at dinner kept running out and was not quickly replaced - seemed a bit short staffed, just for the dinner.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice surprise to have a welcome note and bottle of fizz to great us in room.

La poca variedad de cena y desayuno.
Alojamiento que superó mis expectativas, habitación muy cómoda, zonas comunes cuidadas, buffet poca variedad de comida pero lo que hay es calidad y eso gana, piscinas para disfrutar con peques 100%. Muy buena ubicación.
Sin duda repetiremos!!
