From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cumplió mis expectativas ,todo muy limpio ,trato excelente de todo el personal volveré sin duda
No se si sería por la media pensión, pero la variedad en desayuno y cena nos gusto mucho (y la cena temática, china).
Aunque no somos una familia, les felicito por el complejo totalmente enfocado a los peques.
Solo tenemos una pequeña mejora, las almohadas (el colchón está súper bien)

We travelled with our 2 year old, he absolutely loved the pool and slides in where he had hours of enjoyment. Although a little young for the kids club, Danny and his team were so welcoming and excellent in their job.
The food was off an average standards but I do appreciate that staff were catering for large volumes of guests.
The nightly entertainment for the kids appeared to be the same very night which did not match to the same extremely high standard set during the day.

Que l'habitació era per 4 i 2 haguessin de dormir en sofa-llit. Que només hi haguessin 3 cadires a la terrassa, 3 tovalloles.
