From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Muy mal el servicio de cocina, la comida pesima y con muy poca variedad, mal el bar de la piscina, muy mal la atencion y variedad del todo icluido
Muy mala atencion para niños con necesidades especiales( autismo) , el servicio del poll bar, pesimo, muy poca variedad, la comida con muy nala calidad y poca variedad en el restaurante, de verdad no lo recomiendo a nadie, ese hotel hace 2 años estaba espectacular, ahora esta fatal
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Bakour Lanzarote ! L’animation était absolument géniale, avec une équipe dynamique et toujours souriante qui a enchanté aussi bien les enfants que les adultes.
Un immense merci également pour les repas sans gluten.
La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Quant à l’emplacement, il est idéal pour découvrir l’île et profiter des différentes activités.
Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
