The Serenity Hua Hin

Hygiene an der Toilette nicht vorhanden , Pool nicht gereinigt ,Ein wenig heruntergekommen ,Kein Frühstücksbuffet, Aufforderung zum Wechsel des Toilettendeckels 2 mal nicht nachgekommen, am 3. tag der Vorschlag das Zimmer zu tauschen, das gleiche Problem, deshalb bin ich dann ausgecheckt.

This was my 4th trip to Hua Hin, The last time I stayed at the next door 5 star resort. The Serenity Hua Hin is a 4 star.
Very well run by their General Manager Rishant Dubey. This man recommended 2 restaurants for dinner. Both were excellent. He tried to save me money on everything that I wanted to do in Huan Hin. Mr. Dubey is the reason that I will return to this hotel. Front office was staff was par excellence. Room was big and clean over-looking a majestic pool. The breakfast was average. Internet was not that good.
I will return to the Serentiy Hua HIn. Highly recommend to all.

Meget slidt hotel . Meget dårlig service og surt personale og ingen ved noget som helst , virkede som om de bare glædede sig til folk rejste . Generelt meget dårlig kommer aldrig igen .

This hotel was more than expected. With a short walk to Times Square and popular Broadway shows, you'll enjoy the view and the city surroundings. The interior decoration was a surprise but you learn to enjoy the quirkiness. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. We stayed there Friday, Saturday, and left Sunday. You could control your rooms temp with the AC unit, and the water got very hot for a nice shower. They have a small "community room" with coffee, tea, and some snacks. They also offer a shuttle/cab service to get you back to the airport for a small fee. We loved it! If we were to go to New York again, we would definitely stay at the Moderne.

Morgenmaden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om, men til prisen er det ok.

Hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, ong 7 min met de taxi. Op loopafstand 7eleven, bakkerij, KFC.
Hotel is eenvoudig, kamers zijn ruim, ruime balkon. Schoonmaak van de kamers mag wel beter. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op het zwembad. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, warme gerechten (fried rice en noodles) en er is brood en wat fruit.

Have you ever walked up to a hotel and thought ‘Oops, what I have done – what on earth have I booked?’

Well, that happened here. After a long drive from Bangkok we arrived at the hotel, no concierge to be seen and it felt we were doing the walk of shame dragging our bags across multi-level paving to check-in, which is not easily viewed from the carpark/ drop off zone.

Doubts were really kicking in.

Pleased to say it only went up hill from there.

Rooms are a good size with a great balcony overlooking the pool.

Hotel is quite and staff are all great – very friendly and efficient.

As other comments have been made – the hotel is a little worn and really could do with a tidy up and touch up with a paint brush.

|some outdoor seating by the pool would be a great addition – sun beds are cushions on the ground which can make really relaxing a little difficult especially when you are past your prime!

If you are looking for a good, peaceful break then this hotel should tick your boxes. I found it a little far from down town Hua Hin but that was easily reached by either the hotels shuttle, or the local Songthaew for 20 Thai baht. Grab’s were also readily available at a good price.

There has been negative comments on breakfast but can’t really complain – there was a good selection and was always topped up when needed. One issue – eggs were always cold which I guess could be an issue if you insisted on fried eggs every day.

Overall an enjoyable experience

Cosy little small hotel. Booked Direct Pool access room. Too bad the weather in Dec is cool in Hua Hin (19.c) and my kids can't swim. What a waste, but nevertheless still nice to hang out in the balcony with cool breeze air. I guess the Breakfast has improved, if refer back to earlier comment the breakfast is bad but i find is ok. But honestly, the hotel need to do some maintenance / touch up. A bit run down in my opinion. Especially the shampoo & shower gel bottle. Please change it, look so bad. Overall the hotel is fine and all the staffs is very helpful especiall the GM. Hotel also provide free shuttle service to town / clock tower - night market twice daily (11am & 5pm). If hotel can provide free water machine will be great. Can save a lot of plastic bottle and some money. Anyway, 7 ELEVEN is just next door, very convenience.

My husband and I went to the city for the parade this year. Great location to everything and easy to get to park. Staff at hotel were very friendly. Hotel is very clean. The prices are reasonable. I would stay there again.

Nothing too unique. Location was not good. The room is good but facilities not very well

Great location and superb front desk staff, unfortunately most rooms do not have a view, just a small window looking out to a wall. During our stay the heating and cooling system did not function which did put damper on our experience

The hotel is conveniently located between two great musical venues: Metropolitan Opera House and Carnegie Hall what makes it a nice place to stay for the music events. The room is spacious enough and clean. Unfortunately for me, the bed was too soft (I have a problem with my back), but it may be not a big deal for others.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the room was clean, the location was great and the staff were very helpful. I even forgot some items behind and the staff mailed it to me. They are all friendly and always willing to help.

其實房間較舊, 但價錢相宜, 勝在空間夠大, 有大露台,
個泳池好嗚摔摔的,, 早餐只有三盤, 雞蛋腸仔 肉碎飯及生果面包,,,, 看見胃口不大.... 在大路邊亦有便利店.

1F房間有霉味，2F還可以

Clean hotel with friendly staff in an nice part of NYC. Rooms and décor are basic but its hard to beat the value. The door man and front desk were very helpful. It was a nice stay and I would stay again.

The hotel is okay, I didn’t expect much from it anyway

I booked this hotel as I needed to be close to my family. I arrived about 8 pm and had to wait a few minutes as no staff at reception.
I went to my room and felt comfortable as away from the main road so no traffic noise.
The room / balcony is large with hanging space but only one draw . The toilet and shower area thou is very small . Tea and coffee plus water is available plus a safe for valuables.
I did notice that no toilet tissue was available so I called reception twice and reported it and they said ok !! No service as I had to ask at reception the next day .
Breakfast is very limited buffet but the coffee was drinkable.

The hotel pool is small but if you just need a location to sleep then it was good value .

You can get a better priced accommodation nearer the main shopping/ market area so shop around .

I were here two times and I like it and this is my third and last time times because the room is very old and refrigerator is too noisy. Very disappointed:(

I stayed this hotel for a night, on the first floor, with balcony and pool. If looked from outside of hotel, it looked modern and very good design hotel. A bit far from HuaHin beach, if have private car, that’s more comfortable to sightseeing around. No beach front, but hotel is by the road , easy to find public transport.

First step into the room, i could smell not clean. In restroom and air conditioner had fungus as in the photos. Breakfast was Thai congee, fruits, bread, fried eggs, sausage, coffee, milk, con fleck, etc. Staff is nothing to complain and nothing to admire.

Price was over if compared with quality and cleaning of room.

There is a live band pub across the road, if you like.
