Pros:

La atención de los chicos de recepción y limpieza fu muy buena, pero del desayuno, la verdad súper mal. Yo había pedido exclusivamente leche de almendras porque no tomo de vaca previamente por correo, y luego en el restó del desayuno. Cuando me traen la leche, me dan deslactosada (???) diciéndome que la de almendras era SOLO para vegetarianos y como yo en el plato tenía huevos que llevaban un poco de manteca y un pedazo de queso, no em correspondía. Me pareció vergonzoso, sobre todo para un hotel tan conocido como el de uds. Llamaron a la encargada de cocina porque no podía creer lo que me decían, me habló pésimo y me dijo que no era por eso, sino porque no tenían más, y me dijo: ''mostrame el correo donde habías solicitado almendra'', todo de mala forma. Ella diciendo que no había, el camarero diciéndome que no me correspondía porque en mi plato había huevo y era para veggies (??). El chico de recepción no sabía cómo pedirme disculpas no solo por el mal trato, sino porque él mismo había recibido mi correo previo con la solicitud de leche vegetal. Pasé un desayuno horrible, porque además tardaban en traerme la supuesta leche y nadie daba explicación hasta que tiempo después dijeron que encima no tenían.

Cons:

Todo lo que dije antes de la atención del desayuno. Y el tema de la cañería también. Los inodoros no funcionaban bien.

El llit es gran i confortable. L'esmorzar es bo i abundant.
El personal es agradable.

Cons:

La piscina es petita y la dutxa no estava neta. Tb hi havia aigua pel terra.
Els ous de l'esmorzar no estaven beb cuinats.

Ottimo hotel, completo di tutto.
Pros:

La camera spaziosa con letto king-size.
Lo staff molto gentile.
La sala della colazione all'ultimo piano con vista.
La posizione.
I quadri nel corridoio che portava alla camera.

Cons:

La colazione era buona, varia, ma i dolci non erano eccezionali.
Keycard un po' troppo sensibile per l'apertura della porta. Spesso richiedeva molti tentativi e soltanto il secondo giorno abbiamo capito quale fosse la tattica per farla funzionare.

Pros:

Un hotel espectacular , cerca de todo el sector antiguo de Montevideo y de la rambla.
Un desayuno exquisito en el sexto piso con una vista panorámica.
El hotel está todo remodelado, con muy buen gusto sin desaprovechar su estructura clásica que le da un toque único, el personal muy amable (como todos los uruguayos en general).
Vuelvo sin dudarlo.

Un hotel fantástico, moderno y con excelente servicio.
Un desayuno exquisito en el piso 6 con vista panorámica y cerca de la rambla y el sector histórico de Montevideo.
Súper recomendado, volvería sin dudar
