他のホテルではこれほど安く泊まることのできないような魅力的な宿泊施設です。朝食のバイキングも豊富で、何を食べようか迷ってしまいます。
一方で苦言を呈すると、インターネットの回線が弱く、音声通話等をパソコンで実施すると途切れてしまうことが多々ありました。
またいいとも悪いとも言えないのは客室にミニバーとして冷蔵庫内に飲み物やおつまみが有料でおかれていますが、そのため冷蔵庫の使用可能容量がかなり減っています。そのため冷蔵庫使用予定の方は、買い物に行く前に一度冷蔵庫の収納可能量を確認することをオススメします。

This hotel is amazing. Sophia the receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The rooms had a nice mini bar. Breakfast was great and of the staff made me feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this hotel

The property is OK and staff is polite and friendly. But our stay at Reikartz Dworzec was complete disappointment.

Next day after our check-in we had water outage. We were told that they will fix it soon. After some time we had water but only ice cold, then we had warm water but it did not do through the shower. To make a long story short, we only could take shower the night before check-out. During that time we were calling reception, office and talked to a number of people. They promised to fix it soon. I should admit they were responsive and polite, but the problem persisted. We had to cancel a few meetings and pay for a spa to take a bath. Which ruined our trip and the whole experience.

Nice hotel , 20 min by walk straight to the center of the city. Nice staff, good quite room. Reception prepare for me lunch box as I was going for excursion early morning … will come back )

Das Bad Zimmer ist immer ein bisschen problematisch in Ukraine.

Very nice hotel - cozy, clean and quiet, with a yard. The personnel is friendly and addresses all questions. Breakfast has everything you could wish for! We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms had a very friendly, home-like quality. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use. Breakfast was more than adequate and staff was super-friendly.

Hôtel très confortable et très propre. Pas de bruits avec des rideaux occultants. Petit déjeuner très bon, complet et avec du choix.
Par contre, l'hôtel est très peu visible depuis l'extérieur (surtout quand on cherche lorsqu'il faut nuit), une simple plaque transparente et non illuminé !
Un grand moins à la réceptionniste qui nous a demandé à notre arrivée si la chambre était payée à notre arrivée, on lui a répondu que Oui. Lors de notre départ, 15 minutes de perdu à batailler car elle voulait qu'on paye alors qu'on lui a répété que celle-ci avait déjà été prépayé en totalité.

it was for one night only and it was close to the train station. they provided a lunch box for early risers... AOK

Staff with very good attitude, bed comfortable for the price a bit of problem to pay with American Express in the restaurant but at the end possible.

The Reikartz group normally offer friendly staff, sometimes unusual Hotels which are refurbished, but always a nice buffet breakfast, efficient, and clean comfortable rooms. Once again I enjoyed my stay with them, and this Hotel was charming and a 10 minute walk to the centre, or a trolley bus ride which ran outside

close to airport and railway station, nice quite classic design room and restaraunt

This hotel is equidistant from the train station and Old Town (within walking distance of both). Ideal location if you want to see the sites, but also not be too far away from the train station. If you stay closer to old town, you'll be further from the train station (and vice versa).

Very clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

At least at the near period, the street is totally under construction for 2012..
So very hard to get and go out of the hotel.
Besides we didn't have water at all most of the day...
And got no compensation for that !!!

Do not go there !
Maybe only when the construction is finished or if they reduce their price to 25$

A very modern and clean hotel with great staff. Reception spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was great! Our rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The only drawback was construction on the street in front of the hotel which made in inaccessible by car. Be careful with the cabbies here... cab fare from train station should be about $20-25 of the Ukraine currency. We got nailed for $160 (About $20 Can) by a crook of a cab driver and had heard that some will charge as much as $100 Can/US for the same short distance to unsuspecting tourists.

Nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Fairly close to the main attractions . Construction is being carried out in the street outside the hotel. I saw a few upsetting things with dogs getting kicked
