Not a nice Sheraton
Pros:

The hotel was located well. The interior rather old, every room including the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Everything was very old.

Will stay again for sure.
Pros:

Location is great. Breakfast many varieties. Room and bed very comfortable. Entrance is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staffs. Even though have some language barrier, they always try and willing to help :)

房間空調壞了只有熱風無法降溫悶熱難眠，樓層的走道空調是正常的比房間裡涼快；住宿的兩天裡跟前台服務經理溝通過3次只是得到說會請維修員檢查看看的說法完全沒有改善的意願或實際的幫助意願。房間裡溫度高到28攝氏度無法入睡，尤其是晚餐中有飲酒身體更是悶熱難過；不能開著房門睡只好開窗降溫。這是五星的喜來登的實際住宿情況，退房後照例接到客服電話詢問住宿的經驗。其實就更換到有開空調的樓層>>>> 唉

Poor service from Club Lounge and Restaurant
Pros:

There were many issues with the Sheraton Zhenjiang The doorman never greeted us or took our luggage to the front desk. As an Elite Marriott Avon it member, I requested for an upgrade since this hotel is never full. The front desk said I got the best upgrade when purely I already booked the room and was never upgraded.

The Club lounge is not open at 6:30am as posted on the door but only opens at 2:00pm but no food service served until 6:00pm. There was little selection of food to choose from and very little meats, drinks, and cocktails available. I had to ask for cold bottle water but they didn’t have any. I had to also ask to replenish the food but the gentleman staffing always said wait for the next hour. Very poor service.

At 7:00am, there was limited staffing and there was one staff member fitting with another staff in front of the guests about working conditions. The breakfast Buffett is not what I called for a Sheraton level but a Fairfield hotel level. I asked for Chinese pancakes and Fried doughnuts and the lady chef and man chef daily said “No” even though I asked for it in Chinese for my little boys breakfast. I had to go across the street to the street cart and get some made for my son. Very poor service.

The area is not so bad: very close to the High Speed station (that's why I choosed this Hotel, since I'm travelling through China), and linked to the Wanda Plaza mall, with lot of different restaurants.

Cons:

I'm a frequent traveller around the world. I always try to choose international Hotels for my staying, since I want to be sure to get international support.
Very few people were speaking english.
No one was at the lobby pub, I had to ask for someone to give me something to drink and... I had to show with my "finger" a beer in the freezer since the two ladies were not speaking english.
one of the night I went (tried to...) to the Jap restaurant of the Hotel at 7:15PM... and... they answered to me that they were already... closed! at 7:;15PM??

All the above points are not "normal" for an international 5 stars hotel. I'm quite sure I'm not sure I will get the same hotel my next trip to China.

Pros:

The building structure is the best in the city. The room was well styled and felt very comfortable. The only negative things about the room was the carpet has stains and the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Not bad except for the sloppy management
Pros:

Good location, very convenient. Room is big and comfy, fairly clean, except there's a cigarette butt on the floor when I got into the room. And there's no slippers in my room.

Cleaning maid came into my room while the DND light is on; I came back to the room and she was just finishing up, she didn't even check my room key...a bit weird.

OK gym, nice indoor pool, OK breakfast.
