Great hotel!
Great hotel to stay very convenient. The staff are very professional and always provide a very good service. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options. The hotel is very well located and it's very handy being able to walk directly into the mall.

Convenient location, right on the mall. Big room for the executive room. Unfortunately our room cards did not work several times for the elevator or the room access, which was inconvenient. Also, breakfast included was only for adults for the executive room, although I specified there are kids when I booked the room. Not happy with that service.
Lovely rooms I had , upgraded, my room key packed in after one day annoying but got sorted quickly, breakfast was okay but I travelled alone , so every time I went from my table they kept taking my coffee away, had to keep ordering a new one 😬 but generally it was a nice place
Qibla sign in the room was wrong.
Appreciate the cakes and savouries by the hotel. Otherwise nice place to stay. Only privacy is an issue at the rear side of the hotel. Need to close the curtains at all times and no natural lights.
The manager duty she very unprofessional and have bad atitute… her name Sienny ! What happen is l ask my assistant to check in for me first she need my iD so i gave her driver license since in US driver license is the ID but she said is not valid using driver license so she ask for KTP which indonesian ID which i dont have and she ask my
Passport so told her that when i make the reservation i used my driver license but she give very bad atitute and with arrogant said i make the rule here and you have to follow… i have been staying so many hotel around the world never see any bad customer service with so bad like this…!
Beautiful room and facilities with outstanding breakfast buffet. Great to swim in lap-sized pool, but it's only open to 6pm daily. Service was spotty. Difficult to get correct temperature in room. Towels smelled musty. Shower water never got truly hot (and cold water dripped from "rain head" above) and there was a bizarre encounter with the front desk where they offered me a free fruit basket for staying more than a few days, failed to deliver it as promised, had no idea what it was when I asked about it, grumpily said they'd make one up, then got angry at me when I followed up after waiting past midnight for it to show up.
Enjoyed the stay, particularly the incredible breakfast buffet, but I'm not sure it was worth the overall price I paid, compared to other options nearby.
We are very satisfied with our stay on this hotel. Will be returning on future vacation.

Checking in and everything was smooth except for the room. My col booked the suite rm as wanting to enjoy the bathtub after a long day but disappointed
