Todo muy bien en comodidad y limpieza, la habitación asignada me gustó mucho, la atención del.perosnal de restaurante muy buena, muy amables, muy atentos. La facilidad de reserva 10/10
La actitud de la recepcionista, al llegar como cliente después de un arduo día de trabajo, se espero por lo menos una sonrisa amable por parte del personal, sin embargo, la señorita a cargo siempre está con pésima actitud, atiende solo por atender, como si ella te estuviera haciendo un favor.

No es la primera vez que me quedo en si el hotel está bien
Llegando a mi habitación solo me dejaron una toalla y éramos 2 y no es la primera vez, no colocaron shampoo el dispensador estaba vacío, el dispensador de jabón lo dejaron medio colocado y al momento de bañarme se callo el internet en el piso 4 deja mucho que desear hay que poner mucha atención a esos detalles, la verdad ya ni quise molestarte a nadien es cansado estar detrás de alguien cuando ya saben cómo tienen que dejar la habitaciónes me quedé en la habitación 416

Las camas estaban súper cómodas. Y la comida del restaurante está rico. Me gustó mucho que sean petfriendly porque pude hospedarme con mi perro de servicio.

It is conveniently located and it has secure parking.
They didn’t want to give us towels. We went up to the room and there were none. When we an asked for some, they said they were on the rack. I had to send a picture to prove they weren’t there.

No pude desayunar con miascota, ya qué el área asignada por la mañana el sol da de lleno y las sombrillas no es suficiente sombra
La ubicación y las habitaciones muy comodas, pude descansar super bien
El aire acondicionado ya no daba tanto aire fresco
La cama fue muy cómoda, la buena presión de agua en la regadera. Muy bueno e ingenioso el sistema para activar la energía en la habitación, así no se nos olvida apagar las luces al salir.
La llave del lavabo de manos resultó complicada de abrir y manejar. No sé si sería la pantalla o la conexión de ésta al internet pero nunca pudimos abrir ninguna app para ver alguna película.
