Disappointing
Pros:

Staff pre-occupied. Not attentive. Breakfast was minimal and not that good. Front rooms are right on the main road....construction on the street most of the nibnt

La habitación espaciosa, la cama King Size cómoda, sin ruido y muy limpia. El Internet mejoró bastante

La tarifa es razonable y la ubicación buena pero el desayuno, personal y habitación decepcionantes.

Cons:

La cama era demasiado blanda. La regadera tenía fuga y parte del agua salía hacia el techo. No había toalla de manos ni lámparas de lectura. El huevo y hotcakes del desayuno estaban fríos asi que no lo volví a tomar aunque estaba incluido. No me quisieron emitir la factura al hacer check-in. Aunque les dejé mis datos no la tuvieron lista al check-out. El responsable de la recepción al hacer el checkout en la mañana tenía una mala actitud y aspecto (desfajado, como si recién despertara).

En términos generales el hotel ofrece un servicio aceptable.
Pros:

la ubicación, el desayuno y que cuentan con transporte para el aeropuerto.
