Cómo siempre la ubicación y la facilidad que proporcionan para realizar una reservación, la atención del personal de recepción fue buena.

En la habitación asignada dio la impresión de que no se realizó la limpieza correctamente, ya que sobre la cama y almohadas se encontraban cabellos, y el piso se sentía arenoso, de igual manera se encontraba el baño y ciertos restos de cabellos en la regadera y cerca del inodoro

El personal, la limpieza y el gimnasio que era de vergüenza por lo sucio y casi invisible.

Super cómodo, cercano a muchas cosas, las habitaciones enormes, camas super cómodas, regaderas en excelente estado, limpias.

Cons:

Al ser pet friendly, existe la posibilidad de que un perro grande hospede con sus dueños, en mi caso subí a mi habitación al 5to piso, al caminar por el pasillo me salio de una habitación un pastor alemán, comenzó a ladrarme y solo nos separaba una mochila-hielera. Salio el dueño, lo detuvo y tranquilizo pero un buen susto si me lleve, sobre todo lo extraño de ver un perro en el 5to piso. No me molestan las mascotas, solo fue una experiencia muy muy extraña.
