Ottima soluzione per famiglie
Pros:

Soggiorno in famiglia. Camere confortevoli e accessoriate di tutto ciò che può servire. Personale gentile. Struttura in buona parte nuova ( la nostra no ma comunque in buone condizioni).
Attrezzata di una bella piscina, una baby room essenziale per i più piccoli e una discreta sala giochi. Di fronte a degli impianti, comodissima come posizione per molte escursioni.

Quite and relaxing in summer
Pros:

I booked this hotel, which in a ski resort, in summer to get away from the hot cities. I was not disappointed. Still warm during the day but cool and rainy at night. Great nature and lots of small cities and local shops to visit by car. Highly recommended if you are looking for a unique experience.

Ottima la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita Grosté e Fortini.
Molto efficiente l'organizzazione interna con un unico numero-chiave corrispondente al numero di camera e al numero dell'armadietto ove riporre le attrezzature da sci.
Migliorabile il rispetto del silenzio negli spazi comuni (soprattutto sala ristorante, piscina e SPA) e nelle camere vicine, se si vuole ambire a un punteggio maggiore e attirare una clientela più adulta/esigente.

Ottimo per chi scia e per chi vuole rilassarsi
Pros:

Ottima soluzione per un viaggio in montagna, a due minuti da Grostè e Fortini e a meno di un km dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio. Struttura nuova con piscina coperta, SPA, massaggi, sala giochi ed un buon ristorante. Personale cordiale e sollecito.

Had a great stay, gondola access just opposite. Staff were really helpful and accomodating. Bought our own food for some of the nights and had other meals in the restaurant. Pizzas were so good!

Hotel en remodelación, habitaciones muy pequeñas, buena ubicación, y parking bajo techo. Alberca con agua fría-tibia, te limitan mucho los supplies, tienes que pagar por el servicio de limpieza.

i piratoni delle neve ad Ambiez

da anni, un gruppo di buontemponi e pirati delle neve, ce ne andiamo a spasso tra italia, austria e località tra le più note, per trascorrere qualche giorno sull'amata, ormai sospirata e dannata neve, ns dama bianca...
Ambiez, per la ns prima volta OK, tuttavia alcune pecche da correggere, facilmente, a ns avviso :
- chiavi da sostituire con card e dare disponibilità a tutti di accedere come e quando vogliono anche alla ski room
- accessori mancanti in cucina, come la grattugia
- percorsi per raggiungere reception e centro wellness spa, più agevoli e segnalati
- possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento, troppo alto anche laddove si spegne in camera
- una navetta di collegamento al centro città, anche a pagamento, ma sempre disponibile, altrimenti la passeggiata nn è per tutti propriamente accessibile

Il resto è uno spasso TOP e chapeau al personale, sempre gentile e disponibile, a presto

Personale insufficiente ed inesperto

Posizione e residence perfetti. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperierza con il ristorante (premetto che il cibo è molto buono), ma l'attesa per la cena è stata di circa 1 ora la prima sera e di 2 ore par la seconda sera, addirittura abbiamo dovuto chiedere tantissime volte almeno che ci portassero il pane, che poi hanno portato dopo un'ora e mezza. Manca organizzazione sia in sala che in cucina, ma sopratutto, manca sicuramente il personale. Alla fine si sino scusati senza dire il reale motivo, cosa che sarebbe stata molto gradita sapere. Il personale sembra molto giovane ed inesperto e comunque non è preparato ad interfacciarsi con persone che frequentano aberghi da 4 stelle o più e che sono abituati a viaggiare per il mondo.

Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly
designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine
