Beautiful views but mixed experience
Pros:

Beautiful views overlooking the river & a quiet location within easy walking distance to the bus stop.

Cons:

All the apartments are owned by individual people (retirees) and the standard seems to differ greatly. When we arrived in our room we gradually started to notice a number of faults (oven not working properly, sofa needed replacing, air conditioning filter needed cleaning, cupboards falling apart, iron & board needed replacing etc.). When we advised reception they started making a list & I thought they would have immediately checked our room or see if there was another to move to. However we were informed the maintenance guy had left for the day & will check tomorrow. I then sent photos of how bad our apartment was & then received a call about moving the next day. It was an inconvenience to move especially with all the stairs (the maintenance man helped a bit). Not much of an apology and made to feel like we were being fussy or an inconvenience. Be warned - there are no lifts and lots of stairs everywhere!

The main bathroom near the swimming pool isn't cleaned often enough and really smelt badly. Overall it needs more maintenance, cleaners.

We booked the 2 bdrm ground food river view room.

Staff very friendly and courteous

Cons:

Couch was really uncomfortable, no head rest.
Stove range hood no filter.

Apartment looked nothing like photos. Small glass dining table and plastic out door chairs.

Sheer blind curtains only, no privacy from everyone walking past and people fishing infront of room

Hundreds of dead ants and mice dropping in cupboards.

Stayed for 4 nights and only given two bin liners & smallest pouch of dishwashing detergent.

Little overrated and expensive and not resort style like name of accommodation suggests.

Great location, overall good stay with opportunity for improvement
Pros:

Very close to Noosa City center, you can easily walk there in about 15-20 minutes. Great pool and hot tub, and lots of umbrellas if it gets a little to hot in the sun. Very very friendly staff :)

Cons:

The apartment was a bit older, cracks in the ceiling and the couch was extremely uncomfortable and sat through. Not super clean, my socks were black after walking without shoes. The private beach was nice, but it was directly in front of a boat crossing line and hence the water did not invite to swim in it. Unfortunately, I find it quite expensive for the value one gets :/

Fantastic location! Some pros and some cons!
Pros:

Such a great location. Not located in the hustle of Hastings street but a 10 min walk so able to get some steps in each day.
Resort has a tennis court and pool - fantastic! Parking available which is super helpful. Smart TV in the room, comfy bed and pillows! Coffee and sugar provided. A min walk to a great coffee shop.
Nice sunset view from the river side at nights.

Cons:

Below average cleaners - the place was not up to scratch. Found hairs in the bathroom, rubbish on a chair and the couch, don’t think surfaces were even wiped down. Quite annoying that the resort offers a “cleaning fee” if you leave rubbish, ect behind however it’s fine for them to do so on your arrival with no fee on their end. Probably need to leave more dishwashing liquid for guests seeing as a lot of the utensils are dirty.
Bit stingy on two towels for a week’s stay. Didn’t realise my garden view was actually the street view. If you don’t mind being woken up every morning at 6am by a garbage truck then it’s for you. Lights beaming in throughout the night from cars was a bit painful. Also this was purely unlucky, but my neighbouring room and room above were super noisy with teens. Throughout the night above me were constantly moving furniture and loud stomping which kept us awake. Teens next door were leaving their room every 10 mins, and the doors to the rooms have such a loud bang when shutting. Such a shame these cons affected my stay. I loved the resort but I’d probably look at booking a riverside view and seeing how close they are to neighbouring rooms due to the noise from others.

Réveil un peu matinal avec le ramassage des poubelles (chambre qui donnait sur côté route, non bruyante par ailleurs)

Beautiful views and peaceful location very close to Hastings street

Cons:

The floor was very slippery and carpets dusty. Bathroom was dated but ok, kitchen lacked sufficient crockery and equipment. Balcony furniture was old and some mouldy. In short a lovely resort in a fabulous location but this room requires attention or at very least a thorough clean.

Great stay at Noosa Harbour Resort
Pros:

Great spacious apartment with a big balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Room was comfortable. It had dishwasher machine, washing and drying machines, which came in very handy. Great amenities, beach inside the resort, tennis court?l, pool, jacuzzi and sauna! And also a book exchange program, which we thought was super cool. We absolutely recommend this place.

Cons:

The room didn’t have AC (it was in the living room, so we had to sleep with the door open). Bathroom a bit smelly. The garbage collected at 6am and it was noisy by then.

Cons:

Unable to use pool for half our holiday due to maintenance and were not warned beforehand. Also the adjoining ‘hotel’ run by the same management company were having work done as well at the same time. Who on earth thought this was good planning?

Great place to stay in Noosa and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The resort is well looked after, has great amenities including guest BBQ's and good swimming pool. The staff are friendly accommodating, and very helpful. The location on the harbour is nice and conveniently located midway between Hastings Street and the Gympie terrace restaurants, with cafe's and a general store on the doorstep. There is also public transport a few minutes walk from the resort to help you get around.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
