We arrived at 2am due to Bristol Airport being closed. The staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Lovely stay in Bath
Pros:

Position to the city centre and friendly and helpful staff, large room with lots of nice touches.

Cons:

Having to pay charge for car parking, no lounge so felt like a good B&B rather than a hotel which it looked like from the outside (smaller than it appears)

Pros:

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Had to pay extra for parking in hotel car park.( seems to becoming the norm now)On leaving, an ‘optional’ fee added for staff tips

De kleine kamer in vergelijking met de prijs. Bepaalde details die niet af zijn (verwelkte onverzorgde planten in de plantenbakken), een wankele tafel die recht wordt gehouden met servetten eronder, stof onder de bar, onverzorgde details die je niet verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel.

Could have been fantastic, but…..
Pros:

A lovely property but be careful which room you choose. Great location.

Cons:

The suite “overlooking the front garden” is in the basement. It is spacious and well appointed but is not fit for use. It sits underneath the bar and restaurant and every little noise is amplified into the room below. Someone tip-toeing above sounds like a giants footsteps. This room should not have been let to guests. It needs significant structural improvement to rectify this major deficiency. Not possible to get rest in this room. We raised our concern and were moved to a quiet room the next night. This is a known issue but still they put guests in this very expensive room.

Absolutely lovely property. Gorgeous garden where we could lounge, and a very large room with well-functioning aircondition (we were there during heatwave). About 5 minute walk from the city center, which is perfect
