The location was good, bar area and breakfast room were also good. The staff too were very good.
Too expensive (£195) for such a tiny room, for one night. There was some pretty unsightly damage to part of the toilet area, and the single mattress propped up against the wall in the hallway was dreadful. Just far too expensive for what it was.
The hotel very well looked after clean, modernised bathroom facilities etc.
No fridge, plus the heat was unbearable. The fan wasn't doing much to cool the room down.

Staff went above and beyond to help us out, I lost my passport and he looked everywhere for it!
Rooms could do with air conditioning as they get very warm very quickly in summer but the hotel did provide a fan!
Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist. Reception, room service and restaurant staff were all brilliant. Great location, right in the middle of everything.
Parking was a little snug. I had to wait for another visitor to move their car before I could leave. Still difficult to get out as tight streets around this area so hard to exit smoothly (a lot of to and fro to get out).

The bathroom sink had not been cleaned, there were shaving hairs all around the taps and basin.

A nice old timey seaside hotel that is well kept and maintained. Friendly helpful staff and clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast is good. The bar serves coffee and drinks with nice outside seating.

Location was great. Room lovely and clean. Great that we could take our little dog. The room was lovely and warm. Hot water and lovely to have a bath. Over all very good.
