Pros:

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff & great location. Keep in mind it is not accessible as there is no elevator if that is a need for you.

Very good location
Pros:

Very good location. The staff was super friendly as well

Cons:

It was very dusty. I could take a deep clean on all surfaces. The windows also didn’t work very well.

Great night spent at hotel, close to everything.
Pros:

It was very clean and close to Moore Park. A few small cafes close by and easy access to the city. I was given a free upgrade to the family room which was great.

Cons:

The reminder I need to get fit after climbing all those stairs.

It had a potential to be great, but it was still a good stay.
Pros:

I think I got the best room in the hotel on the vey top floor with a gorgeous balcony view. The room has most of the basic, missing a microwave, a small kitchen sink and some utensils to eat with that I'm more accustom to when traveling in Thailand.
The room was sunny, spacious, and has a cute day-bed.

Cons:

Some minor details were very apparent once you start staying in the room like the power outlet by the bed was too close to the ground, making my adapter with USB ports at the bottom awkward to use.
There was a lamp only on one side of the bed.
There's no hook in the bathroom to hang a towel somewhere reachable from the shower. There's only one towel hanger in the bathroom, and no other places to hang other towels for other guests. No hand towel.
