Very clean and modern hotel. Conveniently located and very comfortable. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Conveniently located and clean. The decor and facilities were modern and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was no big deal, but given that I had a front facing room, there was some noise from the street - there’s a bar opposite. It was no big deal - I usually travel with earplugs but forgot them.

Upon booking I requested an early check in (just one hour). This was confirmed via message . Upon arrival we were told we could not have an early check in and had to wait. We ended up getting in after waiting half an hour .

A well-located hotel with very friendly staff, ideal for getting around the city, but with some noise and slightly dated
Pros:

The hotel is very well connected to public transportation, with a stop right outside the entrance. Many of the main attractions can also be reached on foot. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

Cons:

The reception area is quite small and there is no elevator to reach the upper floors. The outside area is very noisy and the windows do not block the sound well. The rooms have carpeted floors which feel a bit old, and the furniture is somewhat dated, except for the bathroom which is modern.

Pros:

the space is really big and comfortable, and it's really great value for a location so close to the cbd. travelled everywhere with bus 333 - really convenient. the staff were really helpful and friendly - they accommodated to our requests and were very flexible with it.

Cons:

there was small bugs in the shower and i spotted a small cockroach. the room gets cold in the night and morning during winter, and the heater wasn't working too well, but they had provided us with additional warm blankets
