Nice older style hotel, comfortable rooms with great views from the hilltop above Tinghir old town. Breakfast / restaurant is panoramic

Je ne peux évaluer cet hôtel car celui-ci n'a pas reçu ma réservation via Ebookers. Pourtant votre confirmation indique bien "Hôtel Saghro, Tinghir" .Selon le responsable de l'hôtel Saghro, il y a une confusion de votre part lorsque vous indiquez comme adresse "Gorges de Boumalne - Tinerhir, Tinghir. Ce lieu se trouve à environ 80 km de Tinghir... Pourtant l'image de l'hôtel sur votre site correspond bien à l'hôtel Saghro de Tinghir. L'hôtel Saghro de Tinghir étant complet, l'hôtelier du Saghro a pu me réserver une chambre à l'hôtel Bougafer de Tinghir. Petit problème, cet hôtel m'a coûté 152 Euros, taxes comprises avec petit déjeuner et sans repas de midi et du soir. Votre offre proposait un arrangement pour 76.50 Euros, taxes non comprises.
C'est vous dire ma profonde déception, le stress et l'énergie dépensée !!
Ce qui est certain pour moi, c'est que, si les dires de l'hôtelier du Saghro sont honnêtes et véridiques, plus jamais je ne réserverai via Ebookers.ch et je raconterai partout ce qui m'est arrivé à cette occasion avec Ebookers.ch
Avec mes sentiments de grande frustration, d'incompréhension et de non professionnalisme de votre part, si l'hôtelier a dit vrai; je ne peux m'imaginer un mensonge de la part d'un hôtelier, sachant qu'il y a toujours évaluation de la part du client.
Il va sans dire que j'attends une prise de position de Ebookers.ch d'ici le 10 mai 2018 de votre part.

Hôtel de bon standing. Mais dans l'une des deux chambres la fenêtre ne fermait pas et dans l'autre elle n'ouvrait pas. La TV était aussi défectueuse.
