Great location in the centre of the town

Cons:

Very hot particularly in the main hotel. We were in Ludlow during the May Fair and as such the town was very busy and noisy late in the evening. Can’t blamed the hotel for that but meant we didn’t have the best nights sleep

The front of the building was amazing

Cons:

Room needed updating and could have been cleaner, unnecessary car parking charges, we were not aware until checking-in that a charge of £25 per night per person was a holding charge for incidentals allocated to your stay, this was refunded to your account when you left

Polite, staff, clean comfortable bed. Good sized room, beautiful bathroom. Great location. Generous breakfast.

Cons:

Couldn't log on to WiFi. Very creaky floors, but that's to be expected owing to the age of property. Have to pay for parking.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of everything.
Pros:

Great position in the town for exploring. Very friendly staffing in all areas. Quick check in and out. Room 245 which we stayed in was wonderful and the bathroom so clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Would definitely stay there again.
