Good location. Pleasant staff.
No bathrobes or slippers. No toiletries. No minibar. Balcony was above refuse area therefore smelly. Paid for deluxe twin, hence disappointment.

Very tired and shabby
We paid extra for an upgrade to a ‘deluxe’ room - so disappointed - Room was not clean, thin pillows, duvet on bed didn’t actually cover the bed!
They did sort out the room and gave us free breakfast as compensation - doesn’t make up for such a tired and poor experience though

This is a Gem of a place. The staff were incredible, so helpful and accommodating. Louise helped us with reservations and when she found out it was my friend's birthday went out of her way to make my friend feel extra special. Jess was fabulous too, chatty, informative and very helpful also going above and beyond. The food was both beautiful and plentiful
Our only criticism is that breakfast was a little disappointing but the staff again were lovely, the service was fabulous. The continental aspect was lovely but the bacon and sausages weren't good. We should have just had the continental, it was lovely

A pleasant place to stay, with friendly helpful staff. Room 121 was good, but a very long way from reception, and at the age of 92 I found it too far. If I return I will ask for something more suitable.
Remote room. No bathrobes
We had both breakfast & dinner in the hotel and both were excellent. The staff were very friendly and provided an great service. The room was a good size with a great bathroom and fantastic shower The bed was enormous and comfy. The Hotel was in the centre of town so great for shopping.
