We didn't like anything as too many stars and very narrow, and cramped in the room and uncomfortable.and the facilities was very poor.
Ideally located by the seafront.
The room was very small,. The bathroom was also very small, the bathroom door didn't fit right. The advert said there would be free toiletries and there was none. There was no milk, teaspoons or biscuits supplied in the room. The advert said that parking was available on request. We messaged the hotel requesting a parking space and was told it was first come first served. Every morning approximately at 6.30am we were woken up by the sound of of the next door witherspoon pub emptying their bins (even with our windows closed. The hot water was intermittent.when we report it to the management they weren't interested and gave attitude.
The Berkswell hotel is in a very good location, just across from the Tram. Phill the owner of the hotel. made me feel like family, he's very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was lovely the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a great time.

The en-suite well carnt say that !! U couldn't swing a cat in there & it needs a steam clean in cubicles & windows were blk cobwebs were seen in breakfast area & carpets need a good hoover

The hosts were very friendly and were happy to go above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be, checking in and out was simple and everything was perfect for a cheap weekend at Blackpool. The breakfast was nice, lots of choices and the breakfast form is clever and simple to fill in.
If I had to find some critiques then the room and bathroom was abit small but perfectly fine.
