Overall it was not bad. The hot water should be fixed.
Pros:

The location and the breakfast.

Cons:

We did not have hot water in the shower and they did not come to fix it.

Excellent standing !
Pros:

La terrasse pour le petit déjeuné offre une des plus belle vue de Valparaiso. Petit déjeuné de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel à beaucoup de charme et de cachet, le restaurant est d'excellente qualité.

Après 3 venues sur différentes années, c'est définitivement l'hôtel numéro 1 de Valparaiso.

Un hotel muy lindo, bien ubicado y con vistas increíbles — una excelente opción para alojarse en Valparaíso.
Pros:

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en el Fauna Hotel. El lugar es muy elegante y con mucho estilo, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien diseñadas. Las vistas desde el hotel son espectaculares y la ubicación es perfecta, en pleno Cerro Alegre, muy cerca de restaurantes, cafés y de todo lo mejor de Valparaíso. Es un lugar ideal para disfrutar la ciudad con mucha comodidad.

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar es el horario del bar y del restaurante. Volvimos después de cenar con ganas de tomar algo en la terraza y disfrutar la vista, pero ya estaba cerrado. Sería ideal que estuviera abierto un poco más tarde.

Un superbe hôtel (le meilleur hôtel de Valparaiso?)
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très beau. Je suis architecte… le personnel est impeccable et le restaurant connecté à l’hôtel délicieux avec des vues imprenables sur la ville.

Cons:

La vue de notre chambre n’était pas superbe ( arrière cour RDC) mais peu importe car nous étions là pour visiter la ville et non pour passer du temps dans la chambre qui par ailleurs était très confortable.
