Su ubicación, diseño, y personal!!!!!
Sin duda la falta de TV en la habitación, pienso es el punto débil. Otro aspecto que me parece malo, toallas de baño. Estan muy desgastadas e hilachentas, no corresponde para nada con el hotel.

Arrivant directement d’Europe, nous avions demandé un check-in très matinal, si chambre disponible bien entendu; à notre arrivée, la chambre était prête.

Solemos alojarnos allí, es muy buen hotel
En la mañana no había agua caliente en la ducha . Llamamos y no supieron decirnos cuánto esperar o cómo resolver el asunto. Tuvimos que irnos sin duchar, cuando hicimos el check out el personal a duras penas expresó algo por el problema ante nuestra presión y nos nos ofreció ningún tipo de compensación.
Un séjour absolument incroyable à Fauna Valparaíso ! Honnêtement, tout était parfait du début à la fin et je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation.
La chambre était magnifique avec une vue superbe sur la ville et un balcon dont j’ai particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir profiter. Le lit était extrêmement confortable et la douche était immense. Le ménage était fait tous les jours et de nouvelles bouteilles d’eau étaient mises à disposition quotidiennement ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
L’établissement en lui-même est tout aussi exceptionnel avec une décoration magnifique et plusieurs espaces très agréables pour se détendre et profiter des lieux. On s’y sent vraiment bien !
Et que dire du petit-déjeuner ? Un vrai régal ! Il y a beaucoup de choix et les produits sont excellents. Les œufs, les champignons et les autres préparations salées étaient délicieux. C’est le genre de petit-déjeuner dont on se souvient et qui permet de commencer la journée de la meilleure façon possible.
J’ai également eu l’occasion de tester le restaurant de l’établissement et je n’ai pas été déçue non plus : c’était vraiment très bon !
Enfin, l’emplacement était agréable, dans une petite ruelle qui m’a semblé plutôt rassurante. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance du quartier.
Certes, le tarif représente un certain budget, mais au vu de la qualité de la chambre, des services, des espaces communs et de la restauration, je trouve que l’établissement vaut vraiment le coup.
J’ai adoré mon séjour à Fauna Valparaíso et j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Si vous souhaitez vous faire plaisir lors de votre passage à Valparaíso, c’est une adresse que je recommande vivement !
