La aquitectura, es un edificio bello
De la cama muy cómoda.
Las habitacion relativamente pequeña pero funcional.
El desayuno muy bueno, variado y de buena calidad
Las almohadas no muy cómodas
El baño con poca ventilación o los extractores no funcionaban, lo que daba un olor extraño pero no insoportable.

The wifi worked poorly on the bottom floor But was excellent in the common area and restaurant. A wifi extender in the lower floor would solve this issue

Las habitaciones estan un poco descuidadas, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba del todo, y el baño tenia algunos detalles.
Amazing architecture and interior design fitting for Valparaíso. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cerro Alegre. Comfortable beds and we had a beautiful view over the bay. Breakfast is outstanding especially on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
Be aware that there are no closets in the room. Rooms are stylish, comfortable but small.
The staff were lovely and the location was perfect. They allowed us to check in a little early and offered to store our bags.
We stayed in Room 19 and there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. We asked the staff about it and were given a can of air freshener but we had to leave the window wide open and the bathroom door closed the entire time to cope with the sewage smell. The noise from the restaurant closing and cleaning up directly above our room was unbelievably loud.

The location was fantastic, we were in the middle of everything and easy walk to everywhere. The outside decor was beautiful and shower was great.
Breakfast was a bit crumped in the corner of the restaurant, and beds were narrow, I kept waking up thinking I was about to fall out of bed.

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y en las mañanas o tardes hace un calor insoportable.
El no tener estacionamiento y arrendar uno que queda relativamente lejos, por un precio de 12.000 el día es exagerado para la calidad del estacionamiento.
