Location is perfect.
The staff were all very friendly.
The food was very good and the cocktails were great.
Our room was located above the kitchen, the vent made it very smelly.
Outside patio had not been cleaned.

It was very personable, the staff were so friendly, considerate and helpful. The bar and restaurant had a really nice and welcoming atmosphere. Totally enjoyed our stay here.
Near to beach in Bude lovely meal on the night before we stayed and great breakfast room was very spacious
Breakfast first night was delivered by a gentleman and nothing was too much trouble but second morning woman didn’t understand the breakfast that was ordered and didn’t seem very helpful it was just beans and sausage ?

Wonderful views over the beach and well located for local shops and facilities
It was presented so well. All the staff were so helpful from reception to wait staff at dinner & breakfast. I was lucky & got a park across the road & was able to explore local hikes from the hotel immediately. The bedroom was enormous. The shower over a large bath was fantastic & there was plenty of hot water!
The shower was over the bath & this might be a disadvantage for frail guests
From the moment of arrival and our first greeting from the lovely receptionist, I could tell it was going to be a lovely place to stay. We were checked in an hour earlier than we had informed them, which was great as we were prepared to go for a drink at the bar. We had room 1 as its ground floor with a terrace with table and chairs outside, as I’m a wheelchair user, due to incurable cancer. On entry to the room, it was very spacious and I could easily manoeuvre my electric wheelchair, which was such a relief. The bed was huge and sitting area ideal as the two chairs around the table were high, so I didn’t have to stay in my wheelchair. The bathroom was stunning. A huge roll top bath, oh how I would have loved to get in there, but I’m unable to. The big shower was perfect for me though.
The bar area was excellent, it was table service, so we felt really well looked after . We had a meal in the evening and that was superbly cooked and well worth the money.
Breakfast had such an array of food, too much to choose from. It was the first time I tried overnight oats and I definitely recommend, it was gorgeous and a lot of it, I couldn’t finish it.
All the staff are wonderful, polite and courteous and quite happy to have a chat and a laugh with everyone. 10/10 for everything for me , can’t wait to visit again!

Me and my mum had the most wonderful stay here at the beach hotel. The staff were exceptional! so Kind and friendly. They went out of our way to make our stay perfect. They even upgraded our room which was just beautiful! Large, clean and had a spectacular view of the beach. The restaurant food was great and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly come back Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well and for making it a trip that my mum will remember. You made it so very special for her and me. Thank you.

Clean, right near the beach with parking on site, road or car park only a stones throw away. Very short walk to town and beach and canal. Room and staff were great, the breakfast was fantastic so much choice. Managed to get into our room at 11 which was most unexpected but very much appreciated.
