Nice cosy atmosphere
Pros:

Traditional feel and nice bar area where the afternoon staff made us so welcome and put my teams important game on the TV for me and called when the room was ready for an early check in.

Cons:

The evening meal was good but the young staff really need some customer training as we were waiting over an hour as it seemed they had forgotten to put our food order through. Several tables who arrived after us we served and eaten their meals and we were still waiting.

Excellent location and real gem of a find
Pros:

Excellent value for money very spacious and clean room. Staff friendly and efficient

Cons:

We had dinner in bar and had a long wait. Poorly cooked dry chicken and fish and chips aneamic over priced and disappointing. Compared to the breakfast which was 5 star must be different chef

Perfect location and quiet, nice room, excellent breakfast and my dog was welcome. I would go back again

Probably could do with a bit of TLC. A lot of stairs but was tucked away upstairs and that was quite so worth the hike.
