Great staff and nice rooms lovely breakfast
Plumbing maybe a bit old, noisy pipes and slight smell of drains in bathroom.
Traditional feel and nice bar area where the afternoon staff made us so welcome and put my teams important game on the TV for me and called when the room was ready for an early check in.
The evening meal was good but the young staff really need some customer training as we were waiting over an hour as it seemed they had forgotten to put our food order through. Several tables who arrived after us we served and eaten their meals and we were still waiting.
Great stay. Good parking. Quiet. Great breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough for you. We will be back.
Nothing.
Beautiful old property..lovely and quiet.
No mirror in room for drying hair..
Excellent value for money very spacious and clean room. Staff friendly and efficient
We had dinner in bar and had a long wait. Poorly cooked dry chicken and fish and chips aneamic over priced and disappointing. Compared to the breakfast which was 5 star must be different chef
Beautiful old building lots of character
Arrived mother day so it was going to be busy but a young lady rang on the Monday before asking if we needed a table what a star
OK for 2/3 stay amble and Alnwick
Very comfortable beds and a great selection at breakfast. Rooms have everything you need with tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.
Perfect location and quiet, nice room, excellent breakfast and my dog was welcome. I would go back again
Probably could do with a bit of TLC. A lot of stairs but was tucked away upstairs and that was quite so worth the hike.
The rooms were tasteful and the food in the restaurant was exceptional - breakfast was also very good. Overall, this stay was fantastic value for money.
Nothing.
Good location and food
Excellent service
Lovely little pub, plenty of parking and lovely big room. Decent breakfast.
Not much to be honest
This is the first time I stayed at the Anglers arms, the hotel was lovely and peaceful, the staff went above and beyond, to make my stay special even helping me with invaluable local knowledge .I will definitely be back..
Room was nice, staff were excellent. Meals were spot on.
Noisey customers thuming around and slamming doors at night.
