Fabulous stay at the Castle for a weekend break and ideally located to explore the surrounding area.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Meal was good value. Breakfast staff were very helpful and offered to recook my poached eggs as they had used vinegar. I hadn't specified that they shouldn't so felt it was my error so declined their kind offer.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and polite. The Castle is central to everything. The breakfast was lovely, when there was a problem it was sorted quickly. The room could be made more comfortable with a sofa and soft furnishings but it was ok

Great value for money, lovely staff, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Easy check in. Clear instructions for breakfast. Comfortable room, bed and pillows. A large bath with a wonderful towel warmer which was actually on! The shower worked really well also.
Breakfast was very good, exactly what you had ordered the night before. The staff were lovely, very professional and accomodating. They dont serve food on sunday evenings but we can highly recommend the Curry Leaf just across the road, excellent food well presented.

Cons:

Our room was at the front of the hotel so traffic noise was occasionally intrusive.
The position of the TV in our room made it a little difficult to watch comfortably
