Die Buchung wurde von Expedia nicht ans Hotel weitergegeben!! Das personal vor Ort wusste von keiner Buchung durch Expedia. Expedia ist der schlechteste Anbieter und das Service ist katastrophal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean simple place in a small town suburb of Milan with easy access to public transport. Parking is on a second property about a block away that they have to show you where it's at. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work in the room and the water quality was sketchy. I wouldn't drink the water.

Volevo andare all'Expo ed prenotato un albergo a Rho, convinto lasciare l'auto in parcheggio, ma il comune di Rho pare abbia dichiarato guerra all'evento. Il bus che dall'albergo porta alla fiera per agosto ha solo 4 corse che terminano alle 21, nel comune non c'è un cartello che indica la strada per arrivare all'esposizione! Albergo, quindi, tartassato dal suo Comune, personale comunque gentilissimo,anche se la camera è dignitosa ma non esaltante, la doccia molto piccola e il Wi-Fi non funzionava nei dispositivi Apple.

2 nuits dans cet hôtel proche de l'exposition universelle, le quartier peut paraitre sans vie mais centre juste derrière.

I shouldn't complain, because a friend booked and paid for this hotel, but I would not choose it myself.
Whilst the staff were as helpful as they could be, and the reception area was immaculate, the room was a bit lost in time.

Checking into a twin room with my septuagenarian mother, not long before midnight, we were surprised to find out that each bed was smaller than a standard single bed - nowhere near 3' wide! At that time of the evening we just wanted to rest, so no request for a room change was made.

We are both relatively trim, but both experienced "roll-fear", ie we didn't dare move in the night in case we fell out of our beds!
Also, we found only one towel provided for the two of us. An oversight which was duly reported. Expecting the towel to come in the morning, I was unpleasantly surprised when the helpful staff member knocked on the door after 1am with the missing object! Far too efficient, shame it wasn't considerate.

Sadly the air conditioning also had a comedy turn on the first night, starting at sweat-factor 6, then defaulting to Arctic wind around 5am. Luckily the staff seemed to rectify this after reporting it.

A nice hotel, with beds made for small children, not adults. However, I would recommend it is only to be used if you really have to be in Rho, Otherwise I recommend spending the extra Euros and stopping in Milan centre.
