Pros:

Soggiorno di una notte per lavoro. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Un po' da rinnovare nell'arredo ma non determinante al confort generale. Stanza pulita e colazione in linea con la categoria. Croissant vuoti con riempitore di ripieno a scelta!!

Pros:

rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, in un notte dove per una fiera di settore, tutta la zona era al completo, la tariffa applicata era in linea con i servizi offerti. ottima zona, parcheggio in loco

Due stelle: così si fa!
Pros:

Esemplare! È un albergo a due stelle e come tale va valutato. Detto questo, non manca nulla, tutti i servizi sono di livello essenziale, ma tutto funziona bene: si capisce che dietro c'è manutenzione costante, cosa che spesso manca in alberghi di questo livello.
A chi come me arriva alla sera e riparte la mattina non serve davvero di più!

Cons:

Non sono aggiornato sui prezzi in zona, ma per un due stelle forse il prezzo è un po' alto.

Struttura poco appariscente ma di "sostanza", non manca nulla per un buon soggiorno.
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e complete di tutto il necessario.
Colazione abbondante (principalmente dolce) e diversi ristoranti/pizzerie nelle vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi in 5/10 minuti.
Parcheggio gratuito a disposizione con molto spazio.

Il personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio è molto utile per chi adora spostarsi in macchina.

Cons:

Per quello che offre, anche in base alla posizione, il prezzo risulta leggermente alto. Le camera non sono insonorizzate per bene, durante la notte mi sono svegliata più volte.

Personnel très sympathique et de bon conseil notamment pour le restaurant en ville. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Endroit très calme. Petit dejeuner copieux.

A value accommodation outside the centre of Modena
Pros:

The checkin and checkout process was very efficient. The staff was very polite. The room was simple but very clean and had all necessary amenities. The lack of carpet was on the one hand positive because it made the room feel cleaner, but at the same time if one doesn't have slippers or thick socks the floor felt cold. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The location is outside the center but in my case it was very close to my meeting (university). The price was very good.

Cons:

A couple of minor issues: The WiFi was practically not working most of the time probably due to the distance of the room from the wifi spot. In the lobby the connection was good. The shower was a little too narrow.
