Pros:

Schönes Hotel und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber! Alles ist gut mit dem Fahrrad (vom Hotel zu günstigen Preisen vermietet) erreichbar. Frühstück war sehr gut. Würde jederzeit wieder gehen.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we were only there one night and it rained the whole time so we didn’t get to walk over to the beach. Very nice dining options within walking distance.

Siamo passati per una visita veloce. Ci siamo trovati bene in camera con un balcone davvero spazioso, così come al ristorante. Avere una piscina per rinfrescarsi quando non si vuole o non si può andare al mare è un buon vantaggio.

Pros:

It was in a good location at a good cost. They had access to a very nice beach club 2 blocks away. Breakfast was very good and staff was great. The room was very nice with good air conditioning. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard and the pillows to flat (it took two). Upgrading beds and pillows would make this a 4 star property.

I would leave this hotel a positive review only if it didn’t use false advertisement. I booked this hotel only because its “private beach” that turned out to be just one of thousand beaches in Petrasanta for which you need to pay €30 for two uncomfortable chairs, 1 sun bed and 1 umbrella. That’s not private beach! Totally misleading and very disappointing. The hotel itself felt tired, the air conditioning was very loud so had to use ear plugs. Breakfast was okay.
