Pros:

Hotel che si distingue per l'accoglienza al cliente, molto disponibili e cordiali.
Camere ampie e accoglienti.
Siamo rimasti stupiti dalla mezza pensione...cucina ottima, ogni piatto curato nel dettaglio e servizio rapido, colazione varia e ben fornita.
Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Très bien situé a quelques centaines de mètres de la plage.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'arrangements avec les ́plage pour avoir des prix préférentiels pour les chaises , transat et parasols.

Die Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett

Leider war der Mitarbeiter, der die Rezeption am Abend besetzte, nicht darüber informiert worden, dass wir gegen 16:30 Uhr eine kurzfristige Reservierung über Booking.com getätigt hatten. Er wollte uns zunächst abweisen und verwies immer wieder darauf, dass der Computer bereits ausgeschaltet sei. Obwohl wir sowohl die Buchungsbestätigung als auch den Beleg für die Bezahlung vorlegten, blieb er extrem skeptisch. Nach langem Hin und Her erhielten wir schließlich doch noch unser Zimmer.Auf dem Zimmer stellten wir fest, dass unsere Ausweise noch an der Rezeption lagen. Als wir diese zurückforderten, weigerte sich der Mitarbeiter strikt, sie uns auszuhändigen – mit der Begründung, ihm fehle die Information über die erfolgte Zahlung. Als mein Freund ihn darauf hinwies, dass er die Ausweise rechtlich nicht einfach einbehalten darf, drohte der Mitarbeiter uns sogar damit, die Polizei zu rufen! Es ist absolut unverständlich, warum wir hier wie Kriminelle behandelt wurden, nur weil das Hotel seine internen Buchungsdaten nicht rechtzeitig abruft. Es ist nicht die Aufgabe der Gäste, für die mangelnde Kommunikation zwischen der Buchungsplattform und der Rezeption zu büßen.Wenn das Hotel den Computer am späten Nachmittag ausschaltet, sollte für diesen Zeitraum dringend die Möglichkeit von Spontanbuchungen über Booking.com blockiert werden, um Gästen derart unangenehme, unprofessionelle und unverschämte Situationen in Zukunft zu ersparen. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut geschäftsschädigend.

Ottimo, cena eccezionale anche per i bambini!
Pros:

Hotel molto pulito, vicino alla spiaggia.
Consiglio la mezza pensione in quanto la cena era davvero eccezionale e aperta dalle 19.30! Menù adatto anche ai bambini. Personale pronto per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza.
