La Bastide du Port

They call this a 5 star hotel it’s barely a 1 star. Theres no restaurant at the hotel. The rooms are tiny and outdated. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. Your room will have a key for the the door not a FOB. Service is horrible. I was downgraded into a lower category room due to a mix up on my room being a king bed. I took the down grade… my original room was 500 euro a night… they done graded me to a room that was 375 euro a night. I was there 5 nights… the hotel manager told me she wasn’t going to pay me the difference of what I paid. I left there with the hotel owing me 600$ euro… the hotel manager told me she didn’t care and that it is how she operates her hotel. I was shocked. Do not book this hotel you will be disappointed

hotel muy cerca del centro...nos dieron habitacion vistas al mar...parking gratuito que ya es algo a valorar....por ponerle una pega...la puerta del baño tenia desconchones en la pintura....y la pared que habia entre el plato de ducha y resto de baño (que hacia como de mampara)...estaba sucia....le hacia falta una mano de pintura....

Quarto pequeno mas tamanho padrão França. Bem localizado.

Hotel um bom mas infraestrutura um pouco velha

Superb location, relaxing atmosphere, super friendly welcome and support, top quality suites in a typical tropezienne mood. This place, togheter with Moorea (Beach) and Moulins de Ramatuelle (restaurant) made us feeling at home!!!

7 min walk to the old town, the ENTIRE staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Really appreciate the hospitality.

Excellent budget option for St Tropez

friendly and clean hotel. room at ok size with all basics covered and styled in a friendly way. super parking and nice service - clearly to recommend and in easy walking distance to two nice city beaches and easy to walk into center as well.

If you want to find hairs from previous guests in your bathroom, or want to be waken up by every cough, step, shower noise, toilet noise from your neighbors, go hear. Old rooms with paper thin walls. An absolute disgrace that should be a motel at most. What an unbelievably terrible experience.

It was just sufficient cute little room with a sea view. Was near the city center. english speaking hospitable staff was a bonus. The location and the view was the major plus hence didn't mind of it being a little expensive side. But again it was south of France and the peak time. Good stay overall

Nice location

Nice hotel but the walls were thin so the noise travelled. It is on the main road into St Tropez so it does get noisy at night even with the window shutters closed. The bathroom is nice and spacious with great water pressure in the shower. The bed is very comfortable and despite the noise factor I did get good night sleeps.
The hotel is approximately a 7minute flat walk from the ferry wharf.
