Pros:

All of the staff was very kind, and very helpful, helped adjust the air conditioning for me. They offered 3 meals a day. The room seemed clean.

Cons:

The hotel was decent but hadn't been upgraded since the 90s. If you're use to US hotel chains like Marriot or Hilton this is not for you. The dinner was okay, but the deserts were frozen on the inside, sad because the area is known for wonderful deserts. They did not have a shuttle for the airport, so we had to get a taxi. I wish I'd picked a different hotel.

Pros:

Il letto ampio e comodo, le tende veramente oscuranti e la finestra con vetri spessi che isolava i rumori della strada. Inoltre, la pizza al ristorante dell'hotel veramente buona!!!

Alojamento OK mas funcionários pouco simpáticos
Pros:

Pequeno almoço.
Limpeza dos quartos.
Localização central, perto do aeroporto.
Estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

Os funcionários só falam mesmo francês e tentando falar em francês com eles, nem tentam ajustar-se a outros idiomas. Quem trabalha em hotelaria deveria pelo menos tentar compreender... Ou falar pelo menos inglês... Ou espanhol. Pouca simpatia.
Chegámos tarde, faltava uma cama no nosso quarto. Acabaram por atribuir um outro quarto mas no piso de cima e longe da restante família o que dificultou a estadia.
Em ambos os quartos, em cada banho que se tomava a casa de banho ficava inundada.
O parque infantil existe mas o seu acesso estava interdito - fomos informados de que estaria fechado.

Cons:

È una struttura datata con necessità di miglioramento e manutenzione e magari ogni tanto una piccola pulizia anche in garage.

Shocking ,I trave 40 weeks a year for nearly 40 years and it was in top 10 worst stays ever

It’s said 4 star with aircon and it was 2 star at best and no aircon .They said it was broken and somebody was coming to fix it but they didn’t have intention of putting it on.Had to sleep above covers for 6 night in a room that was 30deg.

Non credo di tornare malgrado personale molto gentile.

Personale molto gentile. La sala colazioni rinnovata nell'arredamento.

Cons:

Ho pernottato due notti. Fuori 36 gradi, stanza senza aria condizionata. Ho chiesto di aggiustare aria condizionata la mattina seguente e come soluzione mi hanno inserito un condizionatore provvisorio che richiedeva l'apertura della finestra che si affaccia su un corridoio interno condiviso con altre stanze riducendo privacy e sicurezza. La stanza inoltre, con la soluzione di raffreddamento alternativa proposta, non era correttamente raffreddata per via della apertura della finestra. Infine, ogni volta che dovevo entrare in camera avrei dovuto chiedere la chiave in reception in quanto per provare a raffreddare la stanza avrei dovuto tenere inserita la scheda nell'apposita fessura. Sollevato il problema mi hanno dato altra camera con aria condizionata, risolvendo poi il problema (non vi era possibilita' di mettere la temperatura desiderata ma sicuramente era raffreddata adeguatamente). Servizi in camera non in linea con attese (oltre ad aria condizionata, arredamento vecchio, pulizia generale medio-bassa).
