Pros:

Alles war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders Endru an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso wie das Hotelpersonal. Ich bedanke mich herzlich bei allen für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Нормальний готель за свої гроші, але потребує оновлення
Pros:

Хороше розташування готелю, є паркінг через дорогу де можна за додаткову плату залишити авто, чистий номер.

Cons:

Готель застарілий, особливо це помітно на меблях, номера виглядають трохи гірше ніж на фото. Також наш номер був темний адже вікна виходили в стіну іншої будівлі, ми увімкнули освітлення, але воно було доволі слабке і це не врятувало ситуацію.
Також при бронюванні, я просила певний тип номеру, в комунікації отримала відповідь, що побажання будуть враховані, але по факту нас заселили в інший. Хлопець на рісепшені був дуже незадоволений коли ми прийшли міняти номер і навіть не перепросив за помилку.

Pros:

Es gibt zwei Kategorien von Hotels. Die einen sind gesichtslos und steril. Man vergisst sie in dem Moment, in dem man auscheckt. Und dann gibt es Hotels, die man nie vergessen wird. Das Swiss Hotel gehört definitiv zur zweiten Kategorie.
Das Stimmungsvolle Interieur, die vielen kleinen Gänge, Treppen und Dachterrassen, die zu einem Spaziergang durch das Hotel einladen, die gemütlichen gemütlichen, stilvoll eingerichteten, Zimmer, das charmante, in einem Gewölbe gelegene Restaurant (mit der besten Napoleon-Torte der Stadt) und der phänomenale Weinkeller sind nur die eine Seite des Restaurants.
Die andere Seite ist das hingebungsvolle Personal von der Küche, über die Rezeption, der Portier bis hin zu den Reinigungsfrauen - sie alle haben mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen wirklich unvergesslichen Aufenthalt hatten.
Vielen Dank.

Besonders möchte ich noch die Parkplatz-Situation hervorheben.
Genau gegenüber des Hotels stehen für die Gäste bewachte und abgeschlossene Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was für uns in hinsichtlich der chronischen Parkplatz-Not in Lviv sehr nützlich war.
