Pros:

A great hotel, stayed here many times now. Close to the airport and a short drive into the city.
Excellent food choices all day and the staff are absolutely incredible, always super friendly & helpful.
Not the cheapest hotel but worth it.

Because it’s winter they don’t turn on the air conditioning for the rooms. When I got in the room, it was showing 23c and I could not get it any cooler. The window didn’t open. So I lay in bed, too hot, and unable to get to sleep. I had arrived at midnight and it was 1am at this point so I did not want to have anyone up to look at it. And it turned out that moving rooms would have made no difference anyway.

Visiting while on Business, reception staff were very polite and friendly. Restaurant was beautiful and the staff also amazing, friendly and kind.
