Beautiful location and building, lovely staff.
Pros:

The location is amazing, Woburn is a lovely village surrounded by beautiful countryside, with pubs, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and of course the Woburn Estate right on the doorstep. Staff, especially in the bar and restaurant, were very friendly and service-orientated. The outside seating area is lovely, bedrooms warm and comfortable.

Cons:

Only a couple of niggles, the pizza was a little dry, and the arrangements for reception are very small which means that sometimes people have to wait outside which is a little difficult in bad weather. Also a little odd that you cannot drink the water in the bedrooms, but the bar staff were very willing to provide free bottled water, no problem.

Definitely would return!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel and location. All the staff were polite and friendly, it made us feel at home. We also ate at the restaurant on our first night, were offered a table booking when we checked in and the food was incredible. We were welcomed and not made to rush at all.

Pros:

Food in the restaurant was superb and our waitress was even better! Very friendly and always smiling.

Cons:

The bedroom had no heating on and was cold, so not very welcoming. Once I turned on the heating and the room started to warm up, all was just fine.

Friendly, relaxed, home from home feel
Pros:

The reception staff were exceptional, I believe Nikki, went above and beyond to assist me and daughter’s overnight stay, booked cabs, assisted with station locations, and most importantly assisted with time of booking to arrive at a local Bury farm equestrian centre in good time for my daughter to meet her heroes - THANK YOU!!
