We have created special packages for overnight stays in our bedrooms that we have designated as dog friendly. Complete with their own doggy bed, blanket, bowl, and welcome box of tasty treats, up to a maximum of two dogs per room can stay with you, where available, for £20 per pet, per night.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Sophie was great at arranging a comfortable room for us and our pets. We had great room service in the evening, comfortable nights sleep and an enjoyable breakfast. They were dog friendly, providing a bed and bowls.
The drain in the bath was clogged, however the staff were excellent handling this. It didn't massively impact our stay experience.

Room looked nice on first view and well equipped. Pub/Restaurant was nice. Free parking was a bonus.
Room was cold and bathroom was freezing. We complained on check out. Heating was supposed to go on with a central timer but it clearly did not work. Sash windows suffered from condensation and mould. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

The property was in a very nice calm town. There was plenty of parking and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food in the evening and the included breakfast was amazing.

Although it’s a nice hotel, the room decor was a bit dated and could maybe do with a bit of a revamp and a good clean here and there. It could be a gorgeous hotel in a great location.
Room was spacious and clean, as were the ensuite facilities. The TV was confusing to use. The mattress felt like an orthopaedic model although i'm not sure it had any springs.

Extortionate cost of wine. eg. large glass 250ml , of house Rioja £15. That equates to £45 a bottle ! For house wine ?
Everything was perfect. Really clean and spacious bedroom, with comfy bed. Very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Thank you very much, we will come back!
Nothing, all was good
The location is amazing, Woburn is a lovely village surrounded by beautiful countryside, with pubs, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and of course the Woburn Estate right on the doorstep. Staff, especially in the bar and restaurant, were very friendly and service-orientated. The outside seating area is lovely, bedrooms warm and comfortable.
Only a couple of niggles, the pizza was a little dry, and the arrangements for reception are very small which means that sometimes people have to wait outside which is a little difficult in bad weather. Also a little odd that you cannot drink the water in the bedrooms, but the bar staff were very willing to provide free bottled water, no problem.
A beautiful hotel and location. All the staff were polite and friendly, it made us feel at home. We also ate at the restaurant on our first night, were offered a table booking when we checked in and the food was incredible. We were welcomed and not made to rush at all.
