Pros:

Friendly front desk staff.
Room was tidy and clean. Shower over the bath was good. Bed clean and comfortable.
Used the pool with the kids. Pool was clean as were the changing rooms.
Breakfast was nice enough with helpful staff.

Cons:

Gym was free to use. It's a looks a bit tired but there's good equipment there. The rower's display unit wasn't working.

Convenient, clean, all staff are friendly
Pros:

Its interior is homely, not sterile like a lot of hotels now.

Cons:

I’ve stayed there twice but not seen the pool yet, maybe I need to stay an extra day. Not too keen on having no receptionist to greet you and answer any questions .

Cons:

Food catastrofy. This place is no longer worth the rating it has on the wall at entrance. Best Western needs to look into this!

fab for humans and dogs!!
Pros:

Fantastic reception and bar staff, all so friendly and super helpful (I had a hypoglycaemic event early am (well before bfast)) and the lovely fella helped me with OJ and support, staying with me to ensure i was safe.
the lady who checked up in was so very helpful and friendly.
all the bar staff were fun and approachable.
Menu a bit limited, but very edible - bfast was very fresh, tasty and good value for money
the rooms were spacious, clean and comfy

Cons:

bit of a boring menu - but very yummy food

Refurbishment in facilities and staff seems long overdue.
Pros:

Very inexpensive and easy to find and park.

Cons:

Hotel seems to be stuggling as maintenance is fair, everything somewhat old and worn, no chef on Friday night so very limited dinner options in a remote place. Most staff focus on what they don't have, can't do, and don't know instead of trying to be a problem solver.

Good
Pros:

great place to stay and value for money. Would generally stay at Premier Inn but saw this and glad I booked here. Staff were helpful and breakfast had good selection. If anything the dinner menu was a bit meh, so we ate out but otherwise V good.
