This was our wedding anniversary trip unfortunately! downstairs is lovely clean and well decorated! Got up to the room and oh my god! It was so dated and smelled so dusty and nothing like advertised!, ridiculously hot, lacked plug sockets, no bed side cabinet or plug socket one side of the bed, and a tiny tv the other end of the room a whole 19"! It rarely had a signal and at one point required retuning completely! Couldn't leave window open when out as we had a flat roof outside so wouldn't be secure, fan we were given only worked on one setting and due to the lack of plugs couldn't charge phones ect and use the fan at the same time, so so dissapointed! Not worth the cost I have to say! Staff were nice enough though!

The position on the seafront . We had a front facing room and the view from the window was the best. Free parking. The hotel pool.
The bath around the taps and edges needs some cleaning / attention.

well our room smelt of wee or sweaty feet not nice when u pay £499. the food wasn't up to much neither we had to wait long time on different days ...when you go in swimming pool they say take your towel out room ..then when I asked for another towel to have shower they wanted £2.50 just wicked to think got to pay for clean towel wouldn't recommend this to anyone nore Great Yarmouth 😳
The fact that it had a pool and was right on top on the beach
The bathroom wasn't very clean ,it was also very dated ,very uncomfortable beds ,and also the third floor still had stairs to access the rooms which wasn't very helpfull

Room was nice and clean, decent space, comfy beds, not noisy, good shower, kettle for tea/coffee available

Room window faces another hotels room window extremely close - could be awkward if both rooms are occupied - would have to close curtains but during the day maybe not want to have to do that. But was fine - just a thought.

Small tv, no signal, car park not big enough had to park away from the hotel !!!!!

After I booked I was told parking is first come first served but in fairness when I pulled up I got parked straightaway in there car park and have me a permit at 11:00 in the morning so not really a moan
