excellent check in great breakfast clean rooms brilliant restaurant food served by friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to help.
Cooler room! Although that may just be me.
Staff were welcoming. Location good. Parking onsite, nice bar/restaurant. Pool nice and quiet. Rooms clean, really comfortable bed, bathroom clean.
Shortbread Served with tea and coffee AMAZING!
Room was small with a view of bricks, aircon units and bins only. Toilet seat broken. Pool area a little rusty in places. Parking onsite small but they do have an overflow car park further up the road.
The location was great, very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was great too.
Breakfast was lovely also very tasty, although the dining area was so hot!
The property is very tired and needs some TLC. Our room was extremely hot at night, the curtains were very light and we were woken up at 5am by daylight.
The beds were quite uncomfortable but that could be down to personal preference. The room was clean
and had everything we needed.
Property was great very clean tidy place
Nothing
Staff are friendly and helpful. Being able to have a swim in the pool and relax in the steam room is a huge bonus. Can walk into Great Yarmouth sea front.
Could move with the times to provide a Vegan menu.
I didn't have the breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent location for where I needed to be. Added bonus was the car park being available. The room was a budget room, and was fine for the stay. The staff were friendly in the hotel. Although, spent little time in the hotel (a place to sleep). Staff were friendly on arrival and when leaving.
Nothing. I was staying in a budget room, which was ideal for what I needed. Was comfortable.
Breakfast excellent
Our room was on the third floor. The lift is very old and rickety. It felt like a lot of the hotel had been updated, but they hadn't got round to the third floor.
Good value plenty to eat
Happy with location
Good breakfast options including full cooked English, although surprisingly no continental options as such. Location perfect overlooking the beachfront and seaside views.
Parking is limited although managed to get a space for the 2 nights. No aircon in room made it very uncomfortable during the hot summer nights during the heatwave. Pool table should have been free of charge as didn’t carry any spare change to use it.
The pool and game room facilities were very good
Could have supplied or offered a fan for cooling down on such a hot evening
the pool
Indoor pool wonderful but dated - definite bonus
Quite dated, especially the room which was ‘rough around the edges’
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Would have preferred a ground floor room as I am disabled found the stairs a struggle. Even though the hotel had a lift we had our autistic grandson with us who didn’t like the lift.
