We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times, but i felt the need to write a review as it seems people are moving towards these big corporate hotels rather than the small independents.
Firstly great check in. WiFi good, and off street parking.
Rooms clean, fluffy towels. Good water pressure, and a decent night's sleep. We were at the back of the hotel and had the window open with very little noise throughout the night.
My breakfast was scrambled eggs, with smoked salmon and a latte. Beautifully presented, done how I like, tasted great.
All in all, swerve the big places with their soulless rooms, and try a trip back to how hotels used to be. 10/10 from me xx
Nothing to dislike about this hotel a one night break with my sister. Even when we had no lights in our room it was sorted within minutes
Nothing
Location
Bed was comfortable
No bath mat
Decor out dated, where the kettle etc was top was chipped
One window had not curtain
Would nice to have black out blinds
TV well small not wall mounted
Location was nice, car park available at the property, beds were comfy.
Bathroom was outdated, poor water pressure on the shower, breakfast was expensive.
Comfy bed, used the pool every day.
Room 113 very small and no view, noisy. The whole hotel could do with a lick of paint and attention to detail..
Location was great
Hotel facilities, very good
Bar
Swimming pool
Restaurant
All really good
Bedroom was small
Dressing room great
Bathroom and shower great
Only one bedside table so no where to put night time water or phone no plug socket on one side
the location was perfect Quiet but near enough for Britannia Pier we didn't have breakfast but the food was Top Nosh
the Swimming Pool not able to use as not suitable for Elderly or Disabled we also found out that the Hotel I s up for sale at £100,000,000 so there will be No Refurbishments the brothers don't want to sell but the Grandparents do. so 35 people will Lose their Job's
Location and the entrance especially the old lift
The room was in a desperate need of upgrading no black out curtains, external flood light outside the window was disturbing, was kept awake by people using the lift
Lovely welcome with early parking all complimentary as there was space. Bar area clean and fresh. Room was fine for our short stay, no noise and beds comfy. Good breakfast and pool area was great and had fun.
The location was exactly what we needed. Close to the beach and main attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was amazing and the staff were so friendly
Nothing I didn’t like.
Everything we absolutely love staying here we come every month

Everything was wonderful. A perfect getaway place.
breakfast
na
The room was OK. It had obviously been renovated some time ago, but was beginning to show creeping age with wobbly bath fittings and mismatched taps. But these small things were forgivable because the food was outstanding. I would have been happy to eat food that good in a five-star hotel.
I expected car parking at the hotel, but the car park was full, despite arriving mid-afternoon. Street parking was available opposite the hotel for £11, which had to be paid in cash. Who carries cash these days? I don't! So, I had to drive around until I found a spot in a back street and convince myself that I enjoyed the walk back to the hotel carrying my bags and computer in the rain.
It was a warm day, and the room was uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning to help out.
