The location, staff, restaurant on site.

Cons:

There was a hole in the wall near the bed and it looked as if someone had chucked coffee up the wall. There was a hole in the bath tub panel. It looks a bit as if it was starting to run down, we have stayed a few times, it has always been clean. The coffee stains up the wall, not sure how they're missed as there was a hole in the wall? Overall just didn't feel clean as it usually is

room was dirty, all walls in stains, next to the large bed on the wall was large spitting spots, curtains in stains aswell.

Great value for money, would stay again.
Pros:

Good value for money, suitable location and staff friendly. Nice balcony which overlooked the golf course and the room amenities were good.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn’t great (bins were emptied but floor not hoovered and bed not made) was loud in the early hours of doors banging as people left.
