Cons:

They did not provide an invoice bill for my stay, and the receptionist told me during checkout that he would send my invoice to my WhatsApp. Now I am far away, and nobody answers my call when I call the hotel. I am very, very disappointed to have met this kind of dishonest receptionist in your hotel.
