Furchtbare Unterkunft. Die Lage komplett im dreckigste Viertel aller Zeiten personalunfreundlich, Klimaanlage nicht funktionstüchtig. Es wurde uns ein Ersatz angeboten, allerdings keine bereitgestellt, auf nachträgliche Beschwerden, dass wir nicht die Leistung erhalten haben, die wir gebucht haben zeigt das Hotel nicht kooperativ. Check in Zeiten werden zum Teil nicht eingehalten. Meine Schwester musste über 1 Stunde auf ihr fertiges Zimmer warten, obwohl ein Check in ab 14:00 Uhr möglich ist. Ich würde jedem empfehlen nach Frankfurt kommt ein Hotel in der Nähe der Messe zu buchen, nicht im Bahnhofsviertel. Dort ist man nicht sicher. Unsere Koffer mussten wir einfach hinter die Rezeption stellen, ohne dass unsere Identität bei der Abholung überprüft wurde.

Unterkunft befriedigend, private Unternehmungen gelungen.
Pros:

Das Beste war der Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, also ging ich in eine Bäckerei.

Cons:

Das automatische check-in ist viel zu umständlich. Auch wurde ich auf das Klingeln an der Tür nicht eingelassen und musste warten!

Cons:

Hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Eines war fast doppelt so gross wie das andere und nur eins von beiden Zimmern war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ebenfalls kamen Insekten aus den Abfluss raus…

On a budget/ solo traveler, definitely a good choice, but stay safe!
Pros:

Cheap, close to train station, many restaurants with a variety of cuisines surrounding the hotel. Everything you’d need is a short walk away.

Cons:

A lot of drug addicts and drunkards around the hotel, due to its proximity to the train station. Reception closes at 2:30 which was a surprise, so check in online/ arrive early.

Pros:

Nah am Bahnhof und schnell zu erreichen, jedoch ist das auch gleichzeitig ein Minuspunkt bei der Lage. Der Check-in hat einmal reibungslos funktioniert, beim zweiten Besuch jedoch nicht. Beim ersten mal hatte ich ein tolles Zimmer, ruhig und sauber, beim zweiten mal roch das Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch und das Fenster zum Hof war genau über der Abluft einer Fritteuse. Also es gibt super Zimmer und auch nicht so tolle. Würde trotzdem wieder hingehen, weil es eben unkompliziert und gut zu erreichen ist.

Cons:

Sehr kompliziert, wenn der Online-Check-In nicht funktioniert möchte man allein als Frau wirklich nicht auf der Strasse davor warten, bis das System die Buchung verarbeitet hat...
