Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (u.a. Schimmel in den Silikonfugen der Dusche), auch die Sauberkeit (dreckige Fenster, Handabdrücke früherer Gäste an den farbig gestrichenen Wänden) könnte besser sein.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste ich erstmal fragen, dass jemand einen dreckigen Tisch (den einzigen freien) abwischt, damit ich mich daransetzen kann. Dann gabs erstmal keinen Kaffee, weil die Maschine gewartet werden musste.

Sehr modernes Hotel, alles Zugänge übers Handy möglich.

Cons:

Doppelbett war nur 160cm breit, für 2 erwachsene Männer etwas zu schmal.

In de hoofdwinkelstraat van de stad.

Cons:

Veel nachtlawaai, stationsbuurt en red light district dichtbij, dus ganse nacht/dag luidruchtig. Vooral s'nachts komt er elke 10 minuten een tram voorbij tot 01.00 uur, en daarna de drugsgebruikers en zatte mensen die schreeuwen, roepen en tieren in de straat. Verder ging de verwarming niet in de badkamer. Geen enkele TV zender in engels, alle Duitse kanalen. De poetsvrouw zette de vensterraam open en de radiator zelfs op 25 graden gezet, kon de kamer niet warm krijgen, slechte isolatie van de ramen, waar de koude tocht binnen komt. Prijs voor beurs ook erg duur (786 euro voor 2 nachten). Volgende keer ga ik 10 km buiten de stad en met de U-Bahn of S-Bahn naar de beurs !

以前宿泊したベルリンのmkホテルと同じようなクオリティーを期待していたが、全く異なった。またメッセの期間だったとはいえ、あまりに高額で、値段に見合ったクオリティーとは言えなかった。
Cons:

まず入り口がわかりずらく、ブザーを押して中に入っても、レセプションに誰もおらず、WhatsAPPでの対応で部屋に入るカギを暗証番号でいれろと言われたが、番号を打ち込むところもなく、レセプションの方が1階に来られるまでは入れなかった。部屋は8階で、エレベーターの着床がなく、バックスペースのような狭い階段を重いスーツケースと持って上がらなくてはならないのが、最悪だった（鍵が開かないので、2往復する羽目になった）。また最上階のためか、シャワーの水圧が低く、体が冷えてしまった。また部屋の芳香剤の臭いが強いのにも閉口した。また今まで宿泊された方々2名分のルームキーが放置されていたのも意味が分からなかった。
