La cama y el desayuno con muy buen café.

Cons:

El sistema de check-in digital, en la calle. Desde la tarde no hay personal, de modo que ante una necesidad no hay a quién acudir durante muchas horas del día.

Ein schrecklicher Aufenthalt und wurden respektlos behandelt.

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Das Personal war unhöflich und hat uns angelogen. Für eine Stornierung zugesagt und im Nachhinein anders überlegt. Sagen es gibt keine Klima aber dann doch Zimmern mit Klima geführt. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und nur stickig, kaum auszuhalten und bekamen auch kein Entgegenkommen.

Für die Ausstattung sind die Preise teilweise über zogen. Also erwartet für 120€ die Nacht bitte keine Klima Anlage und schaut vor der Buchung ins klein gedruckte.
2 Lampen waren einfach defekt und die Rezeption erreicht man nur tagsüber. Spiegel ist wohl auch mal runter gefallen und wurde dann notdürftig befestigt.
Einen Hinweis auf die Ausrichtung des Zimmers habe ich entweder über sehen oder sie fehlte einfach.

Immer wieder ordentlich sauber und das Personal immer hilfsbereit

Cons:

Garagenzufahrt leider nicht mit der zimmerkarte möglich. Muss immer anrufen und es dauert bis jemand am WE öffnet

Cons:

Das die Übermittlung des digitalen Zimmer Codes nach dem online check in nicht geklappt hat und wir vor Ort ca 45 Minuten gebraucht haben um über die Hotline endlich telefonisch jemanden von der Zentrale erreicht hatten der uns Zugang zum Zimmer geben konnte
Alles nur rein digital zu organisieren, ohne Ansprechpartner bzw Rezeption muss dann aber auch so organisiert werden dass es auch funktioniert

Basic DIY hotel. Oké voor de prijs.
Pros:

Kamer was schoon en alles was heel.

Cons:

Onbemand hotel. Dat was bij het boeken niet duidelijk. Veel onduidelijkheid bij aankomst met inchecken. We stonden buiten in de regen met twee stellen andere gasten.
Er is een app, maar die wordt niet voldoende onder de aandacht gebracht. Die kost veel op. Die is essentieel voor een prettig verblijf.
