According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Surpreendente.
Pros:

Fui me hospedar com baixa expectativa pois tinha uma informação que Maringá não dispunha de bons hotéis. Devido a isso, não fui esperando muita coisa do hotel. Porém para nossa surpresa encontramos um hotel com quartos amplos, muito limpos e confortáveis com ótimo atendimento pela equipe. Excelente café da manhã e ótima localização, nos dando a oportunidade de conhecer a Catedral e o Parque do Ingá, além de bons restaurantes nas proximidades sem a necessidade de Uber ou Taxi. Nota 10. Obrigado à todos.
