According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Tudo muito bom com exceção da cama e do chuveiro.
Pros:

Localização excelente, bom café da manhã, o hotel é muito bonito.

Cons:

Apartamento muito grande mas o quarto era apertado com cama de casal muito pequena, não era king. O chuveiro tinha água bem quente mas a ducha era muito ruim.

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Quarto era espaçoso e o café da manhã ótimo.

Cons:

Colchão afundado, com aspecto de muito antigo e tivemos problemas com a água do banheiro na manhã seguinte, ligamos na recepção para falar sobre e esperamos durante 10min alguém aparecer para nos ajudar contudo ninguém apareceu.

Cons:

Foi tudo ótimo, com uma exceção. Precisei pedir um produto da farmácia na primeira noite da minha estada, então fiz o pedido para entregar no hotel. Como já era 23h e já estávamos com roupa de dormir, solicitei à recepção que recebessem e entregassem no quarto, mas a recepcionista que me atendeu informou que não seria possível.

Localização. Atendimento recepção e restaurante excelentes. Café da manhã bem servido, várias opções. Camas confortáveis e limpas (em outros hotéis sempre ataca rinite do meu marido e filha. Nesse não atacou. O que é ótimo!)

Cons:

Banheiro estava com vazamento. Entrei e molhei o pé já na entrada do banheiro.
Box extremamente sujo. Parecia que nunca tinha visto uma esponja.
Ar condicionado somente no quarto. Na antessala (com a outra cama) extremamente quente.
Carregador elétrico é ao lado do hotel e não dentro do estacionamento e é pago à parte. Assim como se fosse um carregador de rua mesmo (deveriam informar isso na descrição quando dizem ter carregador elétrico).
Na hora do check-out, estava aguardando ali fora e a mulher da limpeza veio com uma mangueira jogando água, sem nem esperar a gente carregar as malas no carro. Bem desagradável.
