According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Ótima estadia, recomendo muito este hotel.
Pros:

Eu e minha esposa ficamos apenas uma noite no hotel, mas foi tudo muito agradável. Desde a recepção, o serviço de restaurante depois das 22 horas no apartamento, o café da manhã bem farto e com produtos de boa qualidade. Gostamos de tudo nesse hotel.

O carinho dos funcionários é incrível.
Cuidado e atenção de todos, e a forma em que se dedicam durante toda a estadia.
Em especial as meninas da limpeza e o Gustavo do Restaurante.

Cons:

Nada me desagradou, foi tudo incrível, mas uma sugestão seria colocar um rodinho na suite senior, pois com a hidro em alguns momentos acaba caindo água, e fica mais complicado dela chegar no ralinho somente com os panos, molhando todo o banheiro.

Pros:

A localização do Hotel é excelente, dá pata ir a pé até a famosa Matriz de Maringá, como também para o Parque do Ingá, e à várias lojas e restaurantes. Quarto espaçoso, porém de decoração simples, café da manhã muito bom ( pelo menos tinha tudo o que gosto de comer pela manhã ), atendimento de todo o staff muito cordial. Almocei no restaurante do hotel, no dia de minha chegada, e me surpreendeu muito, de forma muito positiva.
