Pros:

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and everything was excellent. I did have a minor issue with the bed sheet, but the staff handled it perfectly—it was replaced within seconds of me mentioning it!
The customer service here is truly outstanding. A special thank you to the manager, Mr. Mandar, Angelica in Guest Relations, Ms. Sudha, and Yassir and Princess at the reception for their wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!
