This was our second stay at Diva Hotel, and this time we also tried the breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us. The selection wasn’t huge, but everything — both Arabic and Indian dishes — tasted genuinely good.
Our first assigned room was on the 14th floor. Although it was a non-smoking room, both the hallway and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we immediately requested a change. The switch was handled without any problem.
In the second room on the 11th floor, we discovered before bedtime that none of the outlets worked — no fridge, no AC, no lamps, only the ceiling lights. Maintenance fixed everything within about five minutes of reporting it. Most staff were very friendly, except for one receptionist who was noticeably less welcoming.
Some noise and music from the clubs in the lower floors could be heard until around midnight, but earplugs solved it easily.
One thing we consistently enjoy about this hotel is the rooftop pool with a nice view. It’s nothing overly fancy, but we like it, and we’d stay again on our next trip to Bahrain — depending mainly on the room price.

Overall services is excellent,and the staffs are friendly and welcoming.The house keeping team did an amazing job.My room was clean perfectly thanks to Pruthvi.

Room services are excellent . Stay was very good and view from the room is also very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The worst receptionist ever hired in the hotel industry is an Indian man named Vichil! My partner works for the largest British company in Saudi Arabia, which has an agreement with Diva Hotel, so we always stay there. We called them on Friday (July 26, 2024) to make a reservation and were told the rate was 16 BD. We were skeptical because it seemed too cheap but decided to give it a try. We arrived early Saturday morning to check in, but there was no supervisor present. The hotel employee took our passports as usual and even recognized us since we stay at Diva every weekend. The staff knows us well. We waited for the supervisor to handle our booking, and it appeared he had just woken up from a nap. While I understand it was 3 in the morning, he was still on duty and shouldn't have been sleeping. His name is Vichil. We informed him that we called to reserve a room and someone confirmed it, but he denied our booking unless we paid 60 BD! We reminded him of our corporate rate, but he refused and said only a suite room was available for 60 BD. We refused to pay that amount and questioned why the rate kept changing from 16 to 30 to 60 BD. Is this some sort of scam by Vichil? He was also rude to other waiting guests and ignored them. You can check your cameras at 3 am to see how he dismissed two Arab girls who were just asking for assistance. After this incident, Vichil ignored us and insisted we either pay 60 BD or leave. Your staff lacks customer service, and we will inform our company about this incident. Overall good hotel. I advise friends to visit and accommodate this hotel. Staff are good and have friendship attitude.

Housekeeping is one of the most important factor which I like more. I notice Raushan Kumar Singh from housekeeping department was doing great job, active and he knows his job every well.
