Pros:

Hotel was prima. Fijne kamer en airco werd zeer gewaardeerd.
Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ondanks dat er op de site staat dat er parkeergelegenheid is, viel dat er in werkelijkheid erg tegen. Bij het hotel zijn nul parkeerplekken.

Room was filthy with hair and spiderwebs on the floor, the overall interior is completely outdated, the shower was so small it was difficult to enter, and the hotel is horrendously overpriced for what you get.

Schönes Hotel, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt am See.

Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer und super Lage. Würden sofort wieder dort übernachten. Auch der eigene Strandbereich ist super.

Posizione centralissima, letteralmente esposto sul lago. Peccato non ci sia parcheggio nei pressi dell'hotel.
Lago super pulito e zona ottima per chi cerca tranquilliltà e relax. Per chi ama il genere, in in zona si possono anche fare escursioni su sentiero o su via ferrata.
Da notare che anche la camera in cui siamo stati è particolarmente silenziosa.
Colazione internazionale con offerta molto ampia e di ottima qualità. Anche il ristorante non delude affatto.

Cons:

La mancanza di parcheggio è un negativo, ma in quel borgo è oggettivamente impossibile ricavare posti auto.

La posizione è ottima, sul lungo lago, potenzialmente la migliore struttura come posizione. Buona la climatizzazione della camera.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera era carente, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche. Inoltre, un pannello della cabina doccia era rotto e appoggiato al suo interno. La pulizia generale, appena sufficiente. Altro grave problema è la mancanza di un'area di parcheggio in paese riservata agli ospiti dell'albergo; il parcheggio indicato, vicino alle Poste, era completamente pieno e con pochi posti non riservati ai residenti. Questa è una carenza molto grave.

Wunderschönes Hotel an einem einzigartigen See

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, vom Ufer mit hoteleigenem Strand ist man nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Nicht, dass ein falscher Eindruck entsteht. Die Straße ist natürlich befahren, aber der Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen und wirkte auf uns nicht störend. Der hoteleigene Strand ist wunderbar geeignet, um sämtliche Sportarten in diesem wunderschönen See zu unternehmen. Mann kann jederzeit an der Hotelbar oder bei Restaurantbetrieb (mittags und abends) im über dem Strand befindlichen Restaurant bequem Getränke oder Snacks zu moderaten Preisen bestellen. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer, alles war neu und sehr sauber. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den See setzte unserem Wohlbefinden die Krone auf. Insgesamt ist Mergozzo ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort, in dem man alles bekommt (Es gibt mehrere kleine Läden, zahlreiche Restaurants und eine Eisdiele), der jedoch nicht überfüllt ist. Zum Frühstück können wir keine verlässlichen Angaben machen, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt am Lago di Mergozzo und werden dann auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel "Due Palme" buchen.

J'adore cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa. Les chambres sont propres hormis les terrasses.

Cons:

Le prix du petit-déjeuné lorsque l'on prend uniquement un café et une mini brioche !
Il y a une magnifique terrasse sur le toît qui offre une vue spectaculaire. Malheureusement très mal entretenue (pas de parasol, pas de coussins, pas de poubelle, chaises longues rafistolées...). C'est dommage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großzügiges, komfortables und neues Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den See. Der Hotel eigene Seezugang war nur über die Straße erreichbar und mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Auch das Restaurant befand sich in direkter Seelage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Was sehr zu hervorheben ist, dass es ein Familien geführtes Hotel ist.

La doccia sta andando a pezzi. Mentre mi facevo la doccia mi è caduta una porta meno male non di vetro addosso. Gliel’ho fatto presente ma non si sono affatto sorpresi come se fosse una cosa normale anzi mi ha fatto capire che ce ne sono altre in queste condizioni 😬😱🫣😳
