Pros:

Zimmer Sicht auf den Mergazzo-See. Die Espressos zum Morgenessen waren super.

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Meiste Obst aus der Dose. Keine ungezucketen Haferflocken, selber mitgenommen.
Vegetarisches Essen war sehr, sehr beschränkt. Luft nach oben, generell in Italien. Bedienung war flexibel und hat einen einzigen vegetarischen Vorschlag den man annehmen konnte.👏

Pros:

Hotel proprio fronte lago. Abbiamo occupato una camera vista lago,davvero super!
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, l'ambiente rilassante . A pochi passi da ristoranti e bar e dal centro del piccolo paese. Colazione abbondante che abbiamo consumato fronte lago.
Tutto molto curato.
Se dovessi definire questo luogo con poche parole, direi: oasi di relax!
Non dotato di parcheggio privato,si può lasciare l'auto a 2 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Dalla reception riceverete una comoda mappa per le zone di parcheggio.

Pros:

La posizione per la gara di Triathlon è sicuramente la migliore.

Cons:

Il personale, non tutto, dava l'impressione che gli dessimo fastidio ad essere li. La pulizia è media, ho trovato rifiuti probabilmente di precedenti ospiti per terra, sotto a sedie e scrivanie.

Ottima posizione, personale cortese e disponibile, camere pulite. Nota di merito per aver messo a disposizione delle camere, nel pomeriggio, a chi aveva partecipato alla gara di triathlon, per sistemarsi e fare la doccia...SUPER!

Cons:

Colazione discreta, sia per qualità, che varietà, idem la cena, decisamente migliorabili.

Ottimo!
Pros:

Staff molto accogliente. Adoriamo passare un weekend di relax qui. Molto carina la spiaggia riservata ai clienti.

Hôtel d’époque en bord de Lac et au cœur d’un magnifique village
Pros:

La chambre climatisée avec vue sur le lac et le village ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux en français par l’employée qui nous a proposé une chambre disponible de niveau supérieur

Cons:

Le moulin à poivre au restaurant était de piètre qualité et l’accueil au restaurant pourrait être amélioré
