Pros:

O hotel é Maravilhoso, adorei, funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza impecável, localização excelente, pequeno almoço muito delicioso e com muita variedade.
Adorei os macaquinhos que andam pelo hotel.

Cons:

Não houve nada que não gostasse, só gostaria dar uma sugestão, o hotel poderia ter bicicletas para uso dos hóspedes, grátis ou alugadas.

Hotel excelente, muito confortável e agradável. Equipe educada e atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom.
Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, banheiro bom.
A área da piscina é excelente, com aquecimento, banheiros limpos e bar molhado com ótimo atendimento e cardápio variado.
A academia é boa.
Recomendo muito a estadia no Aruanã !

Localização excelente para quem quer tranquilidade. Acesso direto à praia.

Cons:

Deveriam colocar mais frutas e bolos regionais no café da manhã. Umbu-cajá, por exemplo.

Hotel lindo mas falta um gerente
Pros:

Hotel bonito, com muitos jardins, quarto confortável e café da manhã muito bom.
Fica em frente à praia, precisando apenas atravessar a rua. Possui um restaurante chamado Sollo com comida excelente para o jantar.

Cons:

No quarto, falta um espelho.
Funcionários precisam de treinamento para maior simpatia com os clientes. Poucos são atenciosos e a maioria bem secos.
Na praia, há uma área de bar e quiosques muito bonita, mas carece de limpeza na areia ao redor das barracas e cadeiras , que está repleta de tampinhas de garrafas, canudos, papéis etc. Os funcionários ficam no celular ao invés de passar um rastelo, o que só foi feito próximo ao parquinho infantil. Esta sujeira não combina com um Eco Resort.

Uma experiência que me fará retornar.

O café da manhã é ótimo e o atendimento no quiosque do hotel na praia (em frente ao hotel) é excelente.

Cons:

Gostaria de ter sido possível estender meu horário de check out por mais uma hora e meia - evidentemente, pagando se necessário. Não foi possível.
