Matratzen zu kurz für das Bettgestell
Kirchengeläut direkt neben dem Hotel schon ab 8 Uhr, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts¹

Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück und empfehlenswertes Restaurant.
Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und lieb.
Gute Lage.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt (außer die 24 Stunden ohne Heizung)

Cons:

Zimmertürschloss öffnet sich sehr mühsam.
Heizung im Zimmer wurde erst am nächsten Tag repariert. Entschuldigung aber keine Kulanz… Schade!

Das Hotel hat in allen Belangen vollends überzeugt.
Das Frühstück, die Kuchenauswahl und auch der angebotene Themenabend als Abendmenü, waren alle super. Die Küche ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmer war ebenfalls klasse. Wir haben super geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unseren temporären 4 Wänden.

Der Pool und Saunabereich waren ein Erlebnis und haben zu einem wunderbaren Abschluss des Abends geführt.

Absolute Empfehlung.

Cons:

Eventuell war der "Oberkellner" etwas aufdringlich in seiner Art.
Dies ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Wünsche wurden erfüllt und das komplette Personal war absolut hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zimmer war direkt über der Küchenanlieferung, es war laut die Waren wurden rein und raus geschoben. Es roch dauernd nach kochen. Das Essen auf der Speisekarte wurde ganz anders zubereitet als beschrieben

Sehr ordentliches Hotel.
Pros:

Lage ist zentral, nah zum Bahnhof. Gutes Frühstück. Restaurant ist ok. Großer Wellnessbereich. Freundliches Personal.
Juniorsuite ist sehr gut, schön, dass es einen Holzboden gibt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer. Aber im Ort gibt es viele Restaurants. Irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Führung des Personals besser sein könnte. Z.B. wurde mein Hinweis auf tw. fehlende Handtücher oder nicht funktionierende Teile des Wellnessbereiches freundlich entgegengenommen, aber ignoriert. Das Nachbestücken des Buffets und das Abräumen und Herrichten der Tische könnte flotter sein. Gut in der Juniorsuite ist, dass die Toilette vom Badezimmer getrennt ist. Frühstückszeiten sind sehr komfortabel.
4 Sterne sind ok, aber das “superior” scheint übertrieben.

Super de luxe hotel mooie ligging zeer aan te raden.
Pros:

Luxe van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed mooi en luxe ingericht. Veel praktische kastruimte. En stil geen geluidsoverlast.
