A great hotel , but they need to fix their communication with guests before check-in
Pros:

The hotel is excellent and the room was even better than in the photos. The location is perfect and the breakfast, although served in a small area, was delicious. Once you are there, the hotel delivers everything it promises and more.

Cons:

The communication before arrival is terrible. I tried to contact them via email, Booking.com, and WhatsApp, but got no response. I almost cancelled my reservation because I was afraid it was a scam. They really need to improve this to give guests peace of mind.

A localização é extremamente conveniente para explorar essa área de Mumbai a pé, ficando a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada do Gateway of India. O hotel é bem confortável e proporcionou uma estadia agradável. O café da manhã é bastante simples e servido à la carte, mas inclui o essencial, como ovos, pães e café. Básico, porém satisfatório.
