Pros:

All the staff are helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good

Cons:

Bathroom dated and had to stand in a shallow bath for shower. There is no detachable shower hose for washing freely just a fixed head.
You wait an eternity for the lifts as only 2 and while we were there for 2 out of the 4 days 1 lift was under maintenance and out of order!!

Best shower in Philippines.
Pros:

Close to everything, staff quite helpful, the doorman even held up traffic for me to walk across the street. Plenty of bars in the area if that's your thing. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. The shower is high pressure, the best that I had in the 6 different hotels that I stayed in while in the Philippines. Although careful of that pressure with the bidet, I almost gave myself an enema, trigger control is very important.

Cons:

You have to walk through the rooftop bar and restaurant to access the swimming pool, the lifts are quite slow and you have to wait a while sometimes for them to arrive.
