Check-in later than the specified latest check-in time must be confirmed in advance with the property. Arrivals after the stated times without prior arrangement, or failure to check-in at all, will result in being marked as a no-show and no refund given.
No smoking throughout (including from balconies and windows). A charge of GBP 100 is invoiced and charged to guests debit/credit for smoking in their rooms. This covers the replacement of bedding and specialist cleaning.
Please note that the property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties or large groups.
All breakages, damages and losses must be reported as soon as possible.

Permits to park on street in the relevant nearby zones are available for registered guests with disabilities, but the property cannot guarantee a space nearby.

In a great location, very friendly host, lovely breakfast
The Gresham is a fabulous guest house, only 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes into town. Louise the landlady was very welcoming and helpful, recommending pubs & restaurants for live music and Sunday roasts. Our room was lovely, very clean & comfortable, well furnished with lots of extras, fresh milk in a fridge, free drinking water & an extra heater. The bathroom was great, again, very clean with nice toiletries, lovely soft towels and also slippers. It was a wet weekend when we visited but there were umbrellas by the front door to borrow, books and games were also on offer on the landings to borrow. Everything you could need. We definitely recommend this guest house. You won't regret booking here

The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay really pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient and everything felt well organized.

Wonderful location and place to stay. Comfy room with lots of little touches like slippers and bottled water. Louise was a great host who was incredibly accommodating throughout the duration of my stay. The B&B is well located with parking options nearby.
Gresham Guest House was a lovely place to stay conveniently located near Weymouth station. Louise was a brilliant host, the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The room I booked had an incredible view of the waterfront which was great for watching the sunrise
