Everything was great, good staff, clean rooms.
Wifi in my room was very poor. virtually no signal.
Very friendly staff accommodation was lovely just when you share a bed with a friend you need a larger quilt. Also Trish windows not blacked out breakfast lovely hot and cooked fresh Stopped serving food at eight but the evening meal we had was all home. We cooked. We booked this area ideal for our Emmerdale visit excellent from the motorway. We got the train into Leeds after parking the car so efficient and easy. Then easy route to Emmerdale tour

Room was great and spotless although very warm but in the middle of the heatwave. Pub was nice and meals ok but we did find an Indian restaurant further down the road after we'd eaten which looked lovely. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice. Very friendly staff member serving the morning service. Very hand to get to and good parking area.
Staff member checking us in not very chatty and although showed us to room didn't give any information for breakfast times etc. Was only young so may just need a little more experience. Wasn't rude but could be a little more welcoming.

Friendly staff, who were attentive and very welcoming. Room was clean, water was hot and the grub in the pub was superb! Decent coffee and tea in the room was an added bonus.

Lovely breakfast (ignore the reviews saying it is bland, only thing I would say is to cook the tomatoes a little more) & coffee was decent.
Value for money.
With warm weather so got very hot inside room. We thought ahead and brought our own fan but also left the window open a touch...unfortunately, mosquitoes got in and we were bitten. I.e. bring insect repellent in summer.

It was fine for a night small for longer stay
Location. They gave me a key early as I couldn't check in after 2pm. I then let myself into room late evening. Service was pleasant.
Room perhaps needed a new mattress. Breakfast was OK but the some of the food was pretty tasteless. It wouldn't have hurt them to offer fruit juice or a second coffee....
The room was much better than expected. Very clean, spacious and felt cared for and not dated. I was nervous staying at a pub on a Saturday night it would be loud but it was silent apart from the birds in the morning. We had a nice meal too.
Sunday breakfast isn’t served until 9-12. I didn’t realise breakfast would be so late so missed that. Also odd that check out is at 10 but breakfast up until 12.
Was advertised as WiFi which there is in the pub but it doesn’t work at all in the room we were given.
