Hell und licht, sympathischer Empfang, bequeme Betten, defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ersetzt.

Cons:

Zu schwere Duvets, eigenartiger Kanalisationsgeruch in einigen Teilen des Gebäudes, Frühstückskaffee etwas arg dünn.

Location, price, good facilities and very clean

Cons:

Breakfast is ok, could be made much better very easily. The noise from the street kept us awake 1 of the nights, maybe just an isolated issue but we’re a lot of drunk noise from 1-4am

Ubicacion en pleno centro de Zermatt. Cercano tambien a la estacion de tren desade la que se puede ir andando con el equipo y las maletas
Hay tres puntos en Zermatt para salir esquiando. El tren cremallera, a 5 min. andando del hotel, el funicular Sunnegga a 10 min. andando y la telecabina Matterhorn Express a la que hay que ir en bus gratuito a 10 min del hotel o en taxi.
Desayuno correcto.
Habitacion individual correcta. Buena cama. No excesivo espacio. Limpieza muy bien

This hotel of Zermatt boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.
