Perfect location.
Pros:

Location was great. Unfortunately, due to it being summer and the windows needed to be open, you could hear every noise outside.

We would love to stay in the same room with a shared balcony again in the future.
Pros:

We loved our room with the access to the shared balcony. We loved the chairs out on the balcony to sit and relax.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay and they work very hard as a smaller hotel to accommodate choices, it was just a bit more limited if you have stayed at larger hotels elsewhere. We were thankful for the hardboiled eggs.

Pros:

ツェルマットの中心部に位置しておりどこからでもアクセスがラクでした。ホテルスタッフの人たちもみんな親切、部屋もキレイで広くて最高でした。窓からの景色は望めませんが、ホテルの外出ればすぐにマッターホルンが見えるので全然問題ありません。

Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
Pros:

A hotel with excellent location and views. The staff is very helpful and attentive.
Pros:

Outstanding view of the Matterhorn from the room. The hotel really took care of my requests and fulfilled them. We had a fantastic time in Zermatt thanks to the location, views and the friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large 😊
We could see the Matterhorn from our window

Cons:

The only issue I had was the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall above head height.
You had to keep it in your hand to shower
