This hotel is in the best location
Pros:

Fantastic location on the main street, two minutes walk from the train station, near all restaurants and close to access to skiing. Our room was a really good size. Big ski room also.

Cons:

Could be a little bit more hot food for breakfast

Pros:

All was ok. Decent room, tiny and clean. Gentle staff. Great position, 150 mt from railway station so you don’t even have to get a (expensive) taxi and you can easily walk to. About ski lift, you have the train departure to Cornergracht in front of railway station (so still 150 mt away) and bus stop to Glacier Paradise lift a bit farther away, maybe 300 mt 😅. You can’t ask for more

Cons:

All was ok. Maybe just a bit of noise from reception staff early morning during breakfast when you just did your best effort to wake up on time to enjoy the day and all you want is silence. Or not loud talk, at least

Pros:

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de trenes y de un lavadero de ropa. A buen precio comparado con los demás en la zona. El desayuno continental estaba muy bien. Personal muy atento, lograron cumplir con algunas solicitudes que hice previamente de que la habitación fuera con bañera y vista al Matterhorn. La habitación espaciosa, limpia y bien clefaccionada. Si bien no incluía jarra eléctrica para calentar agua, se podía solicitar una en recepción.

Pros:

O quarto é ENORME! Muito maior do que achamos que seria. E muito mais novo/moderno do que esperava pelas fotos. Estadia confortável! E o pessoal super simpático.
A localização é perfeita.
Nós deram o quarto com vista pela janela! Reservei com meses de antecedência e fiz o pedido.

Cons:

Achamos o café da manhã fraco. Faltou coisas “básicas” como ovo.
O elevador é estreito, apesar de ter sido suficiente.

highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Zermat!!
Pros:

It was located near the train station, the room is very clean, spacious, and comfortable for 2 pax. restaurants and shops are nearby and easily accessible. the accomodation also provided free daily breakfast and view of Matterhorn from the balcony is just cherry on the topping 😍

Cons:

the pillows are bit too soft that is all 🥴
