Je tenais à vous remercier, car la chambre était toujours très propre et le travail des femmes de ménage a été remarquable, en particulier la salle de bains qui était toujours impeccable. UN GRAND BRAVO ET MERCI à elles pour leurs professionnalisme.

Le petit‑déjeuner était très agréable et bien présenté. Cependant, j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’œufs ni de bacon, ce serait un plus si vous pouviez les proposer à l’avenir. Merci

Toller Kurzaufenthalt mitten im Herzen von Zermatt

Das Hotel sind sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich mit Balkon. Ich habe mich rundherum wohlgefühlt und würde es wieder buchen!

Great location, great hotel room and bathroom (we had the step up room from standard).
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the walking district. And only 2 minute walk from the train station. We were able to walk around the village from our location. Hotel condition is excellent. Daily breakfast was also good. Front staff very friendly and helpful. For our fist visit to Zermatt, we left with a great impression!

Cons:

The house cleaning staff didn’t knock before trying to enter our room one morning. So we had to put the do not disturb sign out every night to prevent it from happening again.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic position being on the Main Street of town and a very short walk to the train station. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. But the best thing about our room was the bed - honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I would definitely come back here.

It was very nice and we would stay there again!

The location was great. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel was quiet until the morning when there were loud booms outside. We did not know what that was. Also, the shower had a very high step in that I could not do as an older person. The half door on the shower also allows too much water to get on the bathroom floor.
