Exceptional location
Pros:

Exceptional location, our 3 bedroom apartment was very clean with a lit of room, balcony over looking the trees and a slight view of the beach, we were mid floor.
100m from the beach, lovely boardwalk and a great walk to Mooloolaba shops or to the Spit where they have the best fish and chips.
We will definitely be back and it's a spot oir son's will be talking about for years to come.

Cons:

Could do with more pegs and a bigger clothes airer for a family of five.

Pros:

Great location! Close to the Wharf and Surf Club. Right next to the walking track and beach.

Cons:

Our unit - Not a big issue. Just the furniture in main living area is starting to look a little tired.

A little slice of heaven
Pros:

I loved everything,,the owners were both delightful,friendly and chatty,,their little dog Burberry was a delight, the apartments were so spacious,airy,clean and inviting,,the beds,, comfy as,, the pool well maintained ,as were the grounds ,with all the beautiful flowers,,a decent sized underground car garage ,,with remote access,,a one minute walk over the board walk to the beautiful beach,and a five minute walk to town,with lots of lovely restaurants and shops,,the wharf is across the road whete you can take a cruise or have a beautiful dinner at any of the restaurants and also visit the aquarium, love this place and hope to go back very soon

15 is very hotel-like. With no comforts of many other apartments. Mould on the second floor ceiling.

Pros:

Very clean comfortable room
Very spacious with great position for beach, the wharf and all attractions. Good pool with BBQ. Very friendly helpful staff

A spacious apartment, well located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast
Pros:

The location is great - minutes from the beach out the back door, or the river out the front door, also only 10 minutes walk to the esplanade with lots of boutiques and restaurants.
We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk to the Spit and loved the long beach.
The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms
We appreciated the laundry facilities
The underground parking is very useful as the area does get busy and finding parking on the street could be tricky

Cons:

The apartment is due a renovation- there were various leaks which had caused water damage.
The air conditioning units and bathroom vents need cleaning.
The sofas are old and sticky and very uncomfortable
