A spacious apartment, well located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast
Pros:

The location is great - minutes from the beach out the back door, or the river out the front door, also only 10 minutes walk to the esplanade with lots of boutiques and restaurants.
We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk to the Spit and loved the long beach.
The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms
We appreciated the laundry facilities
The underground parking is very useful as the area does get busy and finding parking on the street could be tricky

Cons:

The apartment is due a renovation- there were various leaks which had caused water damage.
The air conditioning units and bathroom vents need cleaning.
The sofas are old and sticky and very uncomfortable

Pros:

We have visited this area of Mooloolaba a few times already, preferring it over others due to its beachfront location on a relatively quiet peninsula. The eastern part of Mooloolaba beach usually has smaller waves than anywhere around, which is good for kids or elderly people.
The ground floor unit #2 is shady, not hot in summer, and has a direct entrance towards the beach Boardwalk.
