Colazione buona e varia, personale attento anche se, forse per il periodo, sotto organico. Singole persone con diversi incarichi.
Organizzazione del personale per quanto riguarda la presenza nei vari spazi dell'albergo. Alcune volte reception senza personale, impressione di albergo vuoto (sarà stato per il periodo ?)

Location was great, stuff is great, breakfast also have many options so we dont have any complaints! Room was also very clean and fresh!
I booked through the website kupime.hr expecting to be greeted by a miracle hotel, but upon arriving at the hotel we saw that it was in a dilapidated state. A 4-star hotel that normally costs around 280 euros per night has the most uncomfortable bed, offers two pillows, one of which has a ruined pillowcase, the other a small decorative one that you have no idea if they wash it at all. The TV is ancient and has no picture quality, no Netflix or similar packages. The floor of the room is dirty and old. When you are in the bathroom, when the room above you flushes, you hear it as if you are alone in that toilet. Dirty and old. Out of 6 saunas, 3 are working, the foot massager does not work, nor the indoor jacuzzi. Sauna hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Also in need of a major renovation. The pool is ok, nothing special. We go down to dinner in an old restaurant where the plastic chairs are covered with some dilapidated tablecloths. Dinner selection of cold appetizers (3 types of cheese, "tuna" carpaccio), salad selection, main course (there was no more salmon, cold chicken skewers, stew and some kind of meat in sauce), side dishes (mashed potatoes, some kind of risotto, paella) and sweet three types of cakes. Are you telling me that this is premium for a 4+ star hotel where a night costs almost 300 euros? After that, we go to the reception where we say that we are dissatisfied, but the employee tells me that we can be happy because we did well with this payment via coupon (we paid 3 days and 2 nights full board 364 euros) because otherwise that price is for one night. The next morning after breakfast we checked out, paid the full amount. No one apologized to us or came to talk to us. I do not recommend it.

great resort, good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, wide selection. Pools both very nice and spa facilities good too, room also very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, will return!
