Best place in town
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very good service, spacious, clean rooms. They let us check in very early and check out very late. I highly recommend this hotel. The best service in BSB, always with a smile. On top of it, this place is close to all the major attractions and next to a fabulous food market (weekends only).

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Bandar Seri Begawan

La situación, la amabilidad.

Había algunas hormigas en la habitación, pero es normal, debido al calor y la vegetación del pais.

Servicio gratuito de traslado para visitar la mezquita más grande (Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah) que está a unos 4 km del hotel.

Cons:

Ruido la primera noche, en la habitación 211, por la instalación general del aire (aparte del aire acondicionado individual hay una común, que no se puede desconectar). La habitación 211 está muy cerca de la fuente de ruido, y se oye un zumbido continuo. Me queje y me cambiaron a otra habitación, ya el segundo día, a una habitación sin ningún ruido exterior. De no ser por este incidente mi puntuación sería de 9.

A terrific stay
Pros:

Great hotel in a terrific location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact there were water dispensers on each floor and that the hotel offered a shuttle to and from various attractions, including a mosque I wanted to visit. I ate once in Yelo restaurant and really enjoyed the food.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't always great, and the bathroom occasionally smelled a bit of drains.
