Everyone was so kind and polite and went out of their way to help me coordinate tours, etc.

Fantastic choice in Bandar Seri Begawan
Pros:

The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean, modern and the staff is fantastic. Besides, the hotel offers free transfer to 3 touristic istes including the night market free of charge. In summary, great place. I would repeat the stay for sure.

Lovely stay

Very satisfied and happy
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, not the biggest and not much varities but i did its job. The location was superb, i would reccomend staying there. short walk to everywhere. There is free filtered water in the halls as well.

Cons:

The room were very small tbh. and there was no other option to upgrade sadly so i dont know if they have bigger, otherwise i would have taken it, but thats was the only minus.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very near to the place where we want to be, Bandar Ku Ceria.
All basic facilities provided including iron.
Spacious lobby.
Breakfast was also good.
Water pressure was high too.

Cons:

Wished there was extra pillows in the room.

Best place in town
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very good service, spacious, clean rooms. They let us check in very early and check out very late. I highly recommend this hotel. The best service in BSB, always with a smile. On top of it, this place is close to all the major attractions and next to a fabulous food market (weekends only).
