Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit einzigartiger Aussicht von Balkon. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe des Zentrums. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Unkomplizierter Check-in trotz Verspätung. Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren nicht so bequem.

Empfehlenswert - ich komme wieder
Pros:

Das Restaurant Charlotte ist für das Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Lage nah am Bahnhof ist optimal. Die Betten sind komfortabel, der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wunderschön.

Cons:

1 Punkt Abzug für die Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern (die Wände sind sehr dünn), 1 weiterer Punkt Abzug für die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksrestaurant - ein bisschen Hintergrundmusik und Kerzen oder Blumen auf den Tischen würden gut tun

A perfect stay in a perfect Swiss village
Pros:

Each detail of the property was simply ideal! Excellent facilities, spacious room,delicious breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, even the punctually operating shuttle bus to the station. Really comfortable place!

Cons:

Swiss prices could be the only point, but here it’s definitely beaten by Swiss quality :)

Eine erholsame Auszeit im Herzen Arosas
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist besonders lecker, tolles Granola, sehr leckeres Brot, alles da, was man braucht. Mein Zimmer hatte ein breites Einzelbett und schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge (einziges Manko: die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen, so dass ich immer in die Mitte gerollt bin). Freundlichkeit des Teams und Lage im Ort (mit eigenem Shuttle zur Liftstation) sind wirklich top. das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Schweizer Verhältnisse okay.

Cons:

Die durchgelegene Matratze. Dass es nach der Tür einen Absatz zum Fussboden gibt und das Parkett tiefer gelegt ist. Eine Stolperfalle. Sonst alles gut :-)
