Relaxed, friendly stay with easy access to slopes & town
Pros:

It’s a lovely hotel located close to the train station & access to the slopes.
Relaxed and good food.

Cons:

There could have been an area of seating like a lounge but bar & bar stools available.

A hotel chosen for us by friends who have stayed in Arosa for over40 years and know their way around
Pros:

Good sized room with en-suite bathroom, siting area and balcony. Friendly and efficient staff in all areas. Very efficient taxi service into the centre of Arosa : station and ski lift.

Cons:

Small items, which I am aware I could obtain by staying elsewhere and paying much more. Breakfast : a greater and changing selection of cheeses and hams; would cost no more. Lack of a swimming pool, sauna and steam room would be essential to me if staying for longer that four days but we had more than enough exercise in the bright sunny weather.

Pros:

Great staff, really helpful. not very good value for money though we found that in most places in the area.

Cons:

Bed too hard but the staff did try to help but putting softer toppers on the mattress.

Overall we had good time and if we come back to Arosa, we may stay again here.
Pros:

Staff was amazing and very helpful. There was free shuttle service from hotel to ski lift in the morning.

Cons:

Shower space was bit small. In breakfast there was not much choice of any sweets/cakes. I wish they could also provide return shuttle service from ski lifts to hotel as

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Schöne Inneneinrichtung, hervorragendes Frühstück. Gute, grosse Betten. Da es viel Schnee hatte, war der Weg zum Hotel etwas mühsam. Am Vormittag fährt aber ein kleiner Bus zum See.

Schöne Aussicht, nettes Personal. ruhig und erholsam, schön mit Hund.
Pros:

War schön, durften wir unsere Hündin dabei haben. Personal und Service im Restaurant und Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Ventilator im Badezimmer hat leider gefehlt, wir mussten unsere Türe beim Duschen ein bisschen öffnen.
